Between Mark Richt and Jeff Tedford, I still don't know how they are coaching with the way their seats remain hot year in and year out.
Considering Cal has produced more NFL talent than us over the last decade or so, I wouldn't really be talking.
Hardly think that's a big deal when Cal has 32 people in the league and ND has 29.....
The most important thing to Arik appears his ability to be a dual sport athlete and his fit with both the basketball/football programs. The surrounding town, distance from home, weather, academics, etc. all appear very secondary to him right now. We should likely know within the next 14 days where he is headed.

"Arik Armstead is back on track to enroll early and has a top five of ND, Oregon, Cal, Auburn & Texas."
in that order right![]()
IMO that isnt south bend
Agreed.
Armstead said he wants his college to be in a nice town. You can see from Google Earth what a cesspool South Bend is. Him and Thompson will both announce to Cal IMO.
Have you ever been on campus?

Exactly. Notre Dame may technically be in South Bend. But they are NOT the same place.
USC’s Armstead to visit other schools (updated) - USC : The Orange County Register
Rumors Armond may visit this weekend.
Armstead can transfer to another Division I school without having to sit out a year because he graduated in December. He has a hearing with USC on Jan. 9 to gain clearance to speak with some other schools he is considering.
i have a very hard time believing lane and company would give him clearance to talk to ND.
If he's already graduated, does he really need clearance??
Armstead hopes to resolve the situation before Jan. 18, the deadline to pull himself out of the upcoming NFL draft. Entering the draft remains a possibility; the NFL rated Armstead as a second- or third-round selection after his junior year.
