From the article, "when he announces his commitment at 2:45 p.m. ET" was edited. Earlier this morning, when first posted (ESPN Insider / Dawg Nation) the article reported that Keith had already committed to UGA.

Even if he goes to Clemson, he'll be another great Clemson player that is sucked into the downward spiral that happens every year with them. I like Clemson and the atmosphere of their games, but damn, just a couple games in November! They start white hot and lose to teams they shouldn't when the spotlight is brightest
