Does anyone know enough about ISD to answer my question? Our three 3 S recruits, at first blush, looks like a pretty weak haul at a position of dire need; but if Baratti, Prosise, and Turner are that high the coaching staff's big board, that should put to bed any lingering doubts.

I don't know the anwer to your question but keep in mind that list was not the ND coaching staff's board but rather "Coach" D's, a writer at ISD, personal evaluation list. Coach D's list isn't comprehensive as Scout lists 15 ND offers to Safeties. I don't know the exact number but it's more than shown in that list. I read it as those are the safeties still in play for ND.

Building off of this...will visit Rutgers Dec 9th and claimed he would def. visit Notre Dame as well as Oklahoma. Debating whether he will make it out to Georgia Tech again. Plans on announcing at US Army game.

- Also writer for South Carolina states that they are probably the leader for him at this point after his past visit

IMO it is between SC and Rutgers but don't count out OU. They are really coming on strong for some of the NJ boys.

If he does in fact visit ND we know anything is possible then.

One minute they say ND is soft on their recruitment, and the next week ND is after them hard? Hard time getting a read on the Bosco kids this year. Lot of early rumors swirling about Schiano heading to Penn State could effect their decision. Who knows at this point? If they actually visit in December, I will be shocked.

I know what you mean. I felt Yuri had legit interest but ND wasn't pushing hard. Thought Shumate was just throwing ND out there. Hopefully they visit because both would be huge but I am a bit hesitant to believe it.

never thought about schiano to penn st...that makes a lot of sense.
