I retweeted Sapp's blue-ball tweet and he replied to me "but there's another great one in the works for later". Whatever that means..

I'm sure it means he'll have an update like the Banner one. If it was that significant, they wouldn't sit on it.

I think that means Treggs flipped his commitment to us, Theus and Marshall saw the light and the two former UGA commits are about to be Irish, Kiel loves Notre Dame and Shaq wants to play with Tee and Darby.

Oh wait, we lost. ****!!!!!

Are you conjecturing or do you have a source to reference?

“As much as I loved Notre Dame, I’m still solid with Cal,” Treggs said. “I’m not wavering and I’m still locked in with the Bears. Notre Dame is a school a lot of people dream about playing for but for me, Cal was that school.

Thanks for the reference. It helps readers distinguish fact from conjecture and we get a lot of conjecture.

As for those who wouldn't take Kiel go shot yourself in the head because your a moron.

First off he's a complete QB prospect with elite upside and I don't see a more talent QB in the '10, '11, 12 or '13 classes.

Where does this confidence in the current QB crop come from? It's not just that, where is this great depth at QB that ND has?

First off ND and every school for that matter should take a QB in every class as there is always going to be transfers, injuries and players not panning out.

But back to the the depth at QB. Do you really think Crist is coming back? We always take about the selling point that ND education is a 40 year decision not a 4 year one so let's take that into account because Crist is going to graduate so with his degree in hand why would he come back to be a back while taking grad classes to be a 5th year SR. when he can transfer to a new school that can showcase his physical talents and take BS courses during the season? He's gone.

So that leave 3 scholarship QB's on the roster if they don't get Kiel. Rees, Hendrix and Golson. Yeah, that's enough depth to pass on a QB let alone a stud QB who's rated #1.

I like Gunner too, but it's just football.

That doesn't seem very promising. ND's atmosphere was pretty awesome, but the noise still doesn't compare to an SEC game, especially one of that magnitude. Hopefully, ND's intangibles push us to the top for him.
