What is the "uniform surprise"?

Regardless of the jersey colors, do you think BK will do it like Weis did in 05? Warm up in the regular ones to not spoil the surprise, go back into the locker room and run out with the new ones on?

If I'm not mistaken this has happened prior to '05. Team warms up in regular jerseys then change before they come out for the game.

Pregame they should set a pony loose on the field with "Wanderer Jr." written on its side in black Sharpie really big, let Lynch chase it down, break its back, and swallow it whole.

Whatever the jersey is, im excited as all **** to see it. Do you think the players dont even know what theyre wearing yet? So nothing gets leaked?

If they knew, we'd know about a half hour later. Imagine 85 guys trying to keep a secret, lol. One person hears it and we'll know through twitter.

Not sure, but IMO they know that way its not some huge shock on game day. Focus and preparation are extremely important. Let them know what the jerseys are before Saturday.

Also where has it been said we will actually come out in anything special? I know their has been lots of talk but are we 100 % sure we are wearing all new jerseys

If the players find out before Saturday, we'll find out before Saturday. Until we know then I presume they're in the dark as well.

Some posters on the BGI board are saying that according to their "camps" and "sources" we are wearing standard blue on Saturday night unless something changes at the last minute.

Believe 0% of what they say, they have no sources.

The equipment managers, are kids on campus and do have twitter. As you can see by the post directly below yours. I am assuming they have friends as well.
