Nice comments. As long as his folks aren't pulling a Cam Newton we have to like our chances. You can tell he thinks he would be #2 behind Floyd if he were on the team now. I think he imagines what ND would be like if we cloned Floyd and played him at X, Y and Z with three more ready to help keep the front line fresh. That seems to be what BK is shooting for.

No offense but I'm sure BK understands that there's maybe 1 or 2 Floyd-level receivers a year in the whole country (if that) coming in as freshmen. I think he probably recognizes what a special player he inherited. ND's had Tim Brown, Tate, Samardzija, legitimately great college wideouts (and a HOF pro wideout in Tim's case), but none of those guys is at Floyd's level as a college WR, or near his level physically. He's a freak.

The good news is that BK's offense doesn't need a WR like Floyd to be lights out. He needs good wideouts, don't get me wrong, but just give him good players who understand his system, and he'll outproduce an offense with one Floyd-like player and not much else. I wouldn't be surprised to see our offense be better next year than this, just because Rees will be locked in and everyone will understand the offense better.

Agholor is not the type to talk much. Any speculation of his favorite is just that. No one knows. What we do know is he had nothing but great things to say after his visit and seemed to genuinely have interest.
