Per 247. Still debating weather or not he will take trips to UCLA, USC, ND, or Michigan. Still might. Doesn't look good anymore and seems like its two horse race. I liked are chances to get a visit but not to land him. Kid is all Cal. Ill update if anything new develops.

What the hell is Udub selling?

beautiful campus, tradition, early pt, rising program in pac-12

What tradition does Washington have? Any tradition that they have ND has to have 10x more (just my biased tradition). If we get a visit from him I feel that we will have a little shot at landing him, but something that I feel hurts us the most is all of the DBs that we already have signed plus Badger coming in during this class, so maybe he doesn't want to have a lot competition at his position.

UW has some good facilities, which are a must these days. Plus, they can legitimately promise early playing time...

Washington does have some tradition, but comparing them to Notre Dame isn't a battle that they would win.

As someone who...

As someone who...

...has lived in the Pacific Northwest and now in Sacramento....Don't do it Shaq!

It rains every damn day there. The summers are nice but even then you can find yourself in constant rain or gray cloud cover in the middle of July or August. Although ND can get a little chilly, I'd rather have 3-4 months of terrible weather versus 8 or 9 months of terrible weather. I got the hell out of there as soon as my wife would let me.

There are many reasons to pick ND over UW. Weather is not one of them.

Sarkisian is a good coach/recruiter and they are a program on the "right" type of rise. The one that builds a program and takes time.. the one some of us on here need to be more patient of..

But, if ND gets a visit, we have as much of a shot at UW.. The campus leaves an impression on everyone.

You realize other schools play football too right? Washington has a national championship and multiple Pac-10 championships. You sound like a Yankee fan saying the Cardinals don't have tradition. Im a ND fan but it is not for everyone.

So I made a twitter just for following guys for recruiting news. Inexplicably, Shaq Thompson just became one of my like 10 followers.

If we land him it will clearly be because of my awesome tweeting skillz. You're all welcome.

I have literally not tweeted a single thing at him. It's just my aura of awesome. Makes people want to follow me. And hopefully come play football at ND.

What is your twitter name cause maybe he thought you were a ND website
