Not to worry. My axes and hatchets are only to be used in case of a zombie invasion. They will not be used on the living, only on the undead.

I may have to borrow one. I work with a bunch of brain-dead individuals. If they're not zombies, then they gotta be in-bred.

I play golf, bowl, and sing.

I also love playing cards, poker, texas hold em, euchre, canasta, pinochle, you name it, I play it.

And I drink. Heavily. But don't judge me, you would too if you had to raise Chuckie, Freddie, and Jason. I kid. Maybe.

So you were born in Cincinnati, and you're going to school at Bowling Green--the campus with no trees I hear. I've never been there.

Born close to cincinnati so grew up rooting for a lot of those teams, and BG has some trees its just very flat here and very windy lol.

Golf, running, drinking, cooking (it's my profession as well as a hobby)

I can be counter productive too... Run 2 miles in the morning, then smoke a pack of cigs while drinking with my buddies all night.

Root for the Irish (obviously) the Colts, and the Cubs.... Also a Pacers and Red Wings fan

Videography, boxing, playing with my dog, watching movies with my sweetheart, drunk rapping, challenging friends to push up contests and taking their money.. Challenging friends to bets that ND will win and giving that money back.

You ever spar? I just got myself in the sport after not doing anything boxing related in a few years....

What is your firearm of choice?

That highly depends on what im doing. Just fun shooting I use my mossberg 500 persuader with a 28" barrel and skeet shoot. When I have the patience and want to reach out and touch something I use my savage bolt action .308. If I want to just throw lead fast at a target I use my Colt ar-15 chambered in 7.62x39. My nightstand gun is a Smith and Wesson M&P .45 with the mossberg with the 20" barrel on close by. My carry pistol is a Glock 17 with a jennings .380 as my back up. On occasion usually when im not wearing a jacket I will borough my wife's Kahr cw9 and swap out the glock. I pretty much have one for each task and enjoy using them all. Do you have any Go Irish?

My nightstand weapon is a Glock 21. No lights or lasers. I also have a Mossberg 500 close at hand as well. Again, not a fan of lights on a defensive weapon, so the shotgun is basic. My "fun gun" is a Henry H006M .357 repeater. I just have a great time shooting this gun most likely because of all the cowboy movies I watched as a kid. I have a Glock 26 for my wife as well as a Remington 870 in .410. I also have a basic Ruger 10/22 that I really enjoy shooting and plinking and I also keep it for "pest control" at my mountain cabin.

For my birthday this year, I am buying my first M4gery. Haven't decided yet which one. California we are so restricted here, so I don't have as many to choose from. Again, not going to have too many bells and whistles, but I will have some good optics put on, but not too much more.

If you wouldnt mind posting a pic of your .357 I would really like to see that. I dont know if I could live in CA. It sucks out there with such a terrible suppression of firearms. I think over half my guns are illeagal in the state of California and the ones that are I really dont want to part with. What all hoops will you have to jump through to even think about an M4? You can have more than ten round clip, it has to be registered, and it has to be released by a tool correct? Any more bogus crap they throwing at you?

I'm at work and I don't have any good pics with me, but this is from the Henry website. Mine has considerable more wear, but is still in great shape.

California really sucks in terms of firearms ownership. For the M4, it can't have a mag larger than 10 rounds, but that is the case with all firearms in California. The bullet button is the real kicker. It essentially turns it in to a fixed mag weapon. You need a tool to push the button to eject the magazine. It isn't too tough, but it is still a pain. Would really delay reloading in a firefight situation.

There is a neat tool called the MagMagnet that works great. You aren't allowed to keep it "on" the weapon, but I will have it for when the you-know-what hits the fan. In that scenario, I won't be worried about it. It is a magnet that sits on the weapon and then functions just like a mag release. It isn't illegal to have the tool, you just can't have it on the weapon as you carry it around.

There are a few other weird legalities. Like all Bushmaster M4's are illegal and I haven't gotten a good answer as to why. It sucks here. I would love to live in a more gun-friendly state.

I would love to shoot a lever gun sometime. I have always thought they looked awesome. I think you could move almost anywhere (stateside) now and have less restrictions on your firearms than you have in cally.

I absolutely love the lever action rifle. I don't know any little boy that doesn't pretend to be a cowboy at some point. And now, as an adult, whenever I shoot that rifle, it just takes me back to when I was a kid. I wanted to get one in .45 so I could have as much ammo commonality as possible, but the rifle was given to me as a gift by relative of mine.

Yeah, I imagine anywhere is better than Cali for firearms ownership, but it is what I have to live with right now. It really bothers me when they use fear tactics to further their anti-gun agenda.

I had not heard that however it would not surprise me. I have not been to Athens in some time. I love the story he tells about his brother going to jail, so damn funny.
