Epic. A 7 = something like a 72-74 IQ based off of what I've read (and the conversions seem generous). Supposedly, according to twitter, a "10" is basically being literate. Most questions are multiple choice with ~4 answers... so you should really be able to get somewhere near a 10 just by randomly marking an answer for each question.

Important conclusion to draw: it's not very hard to stay academically eligible at Ohio State if you can do it with that kind of brain power.....

Lets be honest its probably the fist test he's taken in at least 3 years.

I called an buddy of mine who went to pOSU and asked him about it. He said he talked to a guy who said he had class with him and Pryor would always come to class high, and openly tell people about it.

It's still better than Vince Young's 6, on his first try. So I guess Pryor can look forward to a long career as the Head Retard!

Oh dear...

EDIT:

I mean, I can't believe that's true. I bet it's being misreported.

Steelers GM Kevin Colbert administered T. Pryor's Wonderlic test and reports the score is significantly higher than the report seven.

Why I titled the thread with "supposedly." Vince Young never scored a 6 either; that was misreported.

But from a percentage standpoint, 9/50 is significantly higher than a 7/50...

I don't think so. I'm pretty sure the story is that Young scored a 6 on his first try, then was allowed to retake it and scored a 14 or something.

2 questions:

1. Why didn't they just release the RIGHT score?

2. What exactly entails "significantly" higher..? Was itva 10? Maybe an 11? (it's one louder)

Vince Young (I think) did score a 6, followed by 16 on his second try.

Would like to hear straight from Pryor's mouth what he did score if the 7 is incorrect. My guess is that he did score a 7 on at least one test, but maybe improved it afterwards. With how fast paced the test is I could understand that if he only completed 1/4 to 1/2 of it the first time. It should be darn near impossible to score a 7 filling out all questions.

Kinda interesting. I found the average scores of each postion

Offensive tackle – 26
Center – 25
Quarterback – 24 (Most teams want at least 21 for a quarterback.)
Guard – 23
Tight end – 22
Safety – 19
Linebacker – 19
Cornerback – 18
Wide receiver – 17
Fullback – 17
Halfback – 16

I don't believe Colbert. He probably owed Rosenhaus a favor and Drew probably wanted to kill the story, so Colbert did him a solid. The Seven story came from somewhere.

I found on the official wonderlic page that a 7 roughly translates to "He cannot dress himself in the morning", where a 6 is equivalent to, "Needs help using the restroom."

He tweeted that he scored a 22 and the report is bogus.

1. He took it three times and added the score up (although he needed help after using all of his fingers and toes.

2. I also tell people I got 1650 on the SATs (an extra 50 points for turning it in early and giving a wink to the proctor.

No Surprise

No Surprise

Not surprised at all. I mean, no one actually thought he got an education anywhere he went did they? Aside from that, I'm not sure how much I put into those Wonderlic tests. Don't they already tell us what we know: Manning is smart and Pryor doesn't possess a brain.
