good to know that next time we field a team where the average skill guy runs a 5.4 we have nothing to worry about...
Now a 3* on Rivals.
Was he a 4*? All these services I can't keep stars straight. If he was a 4* is there a reason to his demotion?

Just caught his interview at the end...he should have calmed down a bit! Good to see he caught the game winner.
Ok read but neither of the authors are national writers. One covers the SEC/ACC area and the other only covers high school football in Florida. So not really surprised that they didn't mention ND in connection with Justin Ferguson even though they did attach schools to other prospects they covered in the piece. Interesting that we weren't mentioned among the schools in on Banner. I thought we were in that - did I just miss something?
it says he an ND commit in the picture of him in the article
let's just forget about the ratings and commend the staff for their ability to evaluate talent for more effeciently and quickly then the media and recruiting analysts. it really shows who puts the time in. councell and rabasa are great examples of that last year.
Breaking down the skill player at The Opening - ESPN
"WR Justin Ferguson -- He is a great-looking kid on the hoof physically. He had his on and off moments, but when it counted in the clutch, he came up with two huge grabs, the last being the game winner. The Notre Dame commit is built like Dez Bryant was coming out in 2007."
I don't understand how Ferguson got a shout out but Deontay and Tee - who were on the all-tournament team - got no love. Makes me think Luginbill only watched the games on TV... and makes you really question the guys at the head of Scout's Inc. over there.
