Who's recruiting thread am I in? lol

I know whose thread this is, I was adding what I knew to the conversation that just happened to be on this thread. No Worries.

Things have changed since then, some people don't like to be put on the spot when they are watching a spring game, Perkins said there would be 2 more ND committs, and what is a Irish fan doing at the buckeye spring game when less than 200 miles away the Irish are playing theirs?

He wasn't put on the spot, it was conversation. We talked about other schools and by their facial reactions, ND wasn't a school they were interested in. I was at the game which was a week after ND's spring game because of my cousin who was visiting there. He is now a freshman enrolled at OSU. By the way South Bend is about 270 miles away from Columbus, just an FYI.

That's what I was thinking on both counts. Hey are those butterflies comin' outa Bambi's a$s?

Johnny: OTR or what? Drink your cranberry juice.

I believe Nuetered found mice hurt too much, so he resorted to moths. He likes "tickles."

As far as OTR goes, it took me a while. I came across a little brash on my re-read. My bad to the original poster: BTW, I do that all of the time. I just figured BGIF or NDinL.A. wanted a night off...

Besides, it was my time to "stare" at the enforcer. In my mind's eye, Vandervoort and Alba had a kid that matured in days rather than 18 years.

Sadly by now, at an accelerated rate, she has passed away from old age. But, enforce she did. (WTF? [Iknow])

Wow! Both schools are approximately 140 miles from my house, but I thought cutting across 70 towards Indy and up cut a little off the trip. I was rounding down to catch you with a humorous jibe, anyways. Normally they are a week apart; this year I thought with Easter, they both were the weekend before. That must have provided a lot better viewing; weather I mean. ND's game was the middle of a Class A TYPHOON! (I'm serious the last time I got so cold and wet was on a destroyer escort headed from the Northwest Pacific straight to the Bering Sea.)

Never the less, for the sake of conversation, I was just throwing it out there . . . Things have really changed in Buckeye-land. And if I am a top recruit, maybe I would look for a program where I could count on the integrity, after that debacle in Columbus. Like I said, I was just looking for someone who could be flying under the radar, two guys from the Nike camp, and no one on this site has a clue, that takes flying pretty low.

To me, Perkins is "mean Steve Filer." He has all the measurables you could want, but he is still a very raw player. However, whereas Filer seems laid back and maybe lacking some focus (Coach Kelly's sentiment- I have no idea), it seems like Perkins has a chip on his shoulder.

At the very least I see Perkins emerging as a special teams nightmare and pass rushing specialist. I guess he could even become a tail back, but to me, I'd rather have my more polished kids playing offense and my raw athletes playing defense (see Toma v. Shembo).

I have an instinct about Perkins, having read all the material we have made readily available about him: he is the defensive monster for the next class, no matter who else we get in that class. I only hope that Diaco can find a way to get all these guys serious time on the field. If he has to be shifted to Offense, well, OK, he's going to bring elite athleticism and attitude wherever he is. But Defense ... ummmm....another beast a'comin'.

I can see why the staff likes this kid as an OLB. He may be only 6'1 or 6'2 but he has great athleticism and an EXTREMELY long body type. Check out this photo where he is standing next to guys just about the same height as him, but his arms have to be a good solid 4 or 5 inches longer than theirs.

Okay, we can agree on two things, Perkins is a phenomenal athlete, and the rest of you need major help. Guys, I;m tellin'ya! Neutered you haven't been the same since you switched to moths, and Johnny, I think you need a permit to fly puns like that. Hazmat.

I still say that Perkins will have a shot at a hybrid position, does anyone know if he has stopped growing?

This kid is seriously on another level physically. Check out these bad boys. It looks he stole Greg Lloyd's arms ifor those of you who remember Lloyd when he was in his prime for the Steelers.

That's only 209 lbs?

Whose logo is the "G" on his shorts?
