We don't know where he'd play; remember, Kelly/Diaco are looking at versatility even in the sense of what a player might develop into---NT/DE/OLB.

High School at 242lbs is right....KLM came in at around 230-240...now he is 283. Once they get into the college weight room they WILL get to the weight they need to be at.

I said part of this earlier, but if BOTH VT and Virginia want this fellow from their own backyards, you can bet that he's PLENTY good and promising. I just keep visioning strong, fast, athletic defenders racing and raging all over the field, and once in a while gobbling up the ball and showing the number on the back of their jersey to the opponents and the TV cameras. We haven't had enough of that kind of defender lately.

Not sure how many high schools play a 3-4 base, but most of these "DT" would be 5-techniques at ND. So any worries about his size should take that into consideration first. At 6'5" / 242, he really would profile at OLB in a 3-4 if he were done growing, but since he is a junior in HS, I'm sure he isn't.

We're in that top 3. Hearing locally that we might have a very good shot here. Just to clear up some other stuff posted earlier, I'm also hearing he definitely projects as a 3-4 DE not NT/OLB and he has the frame to easily add another 40 lbs if not more. Supposedly has great upside due to his overall athleticism but is still extremely raw.

Along with Va Tech and Virginia. Virginia's coach is great recruiter, and they already have 2 of his teammates verballed. Va Tach also has a teammate of his in the fold.

No joke. London is EXTREMELY charismatic... I wish I could compare/contract him with our staff but I've never actually met any of ND's coaches in person haha. He also made it his #1 priority when he took over to recruit VA Beach... and has deep roots throughout a lot of the high schools in Virginia.

Still I'm told Wynn is very open to ND and not locked in to either of the Virginia schools so take that for what it's worth.
