Great news, welcome back to the family Stephon. I knew that we still had a darn good shot at him, I just want to get NSD over with. On GT's rivals page there is a story and it ends asking if GT still has a shot with Tuitt. Glad to have Tuitt back!! Coach Kelly and his staff are off to an A+ season.

I deleted it. And I deleted it because:

A: it wasn't appropriate b/c this is Tuitt's thread and recruits and their families read these threads and you're saying that he was possibly on the take. GTFO of here with that crap.

B. it wasn't relevant b/c this is Tuott's thread and members come to this thread to read about Tuitt, not some half-baked conspiracy theory about why ND is getting great players to ND.

C. you must not follow recruiting or you have a selective memory. CW, whom you brought up, brought in the #1 ranked class as ND was having perhaps its worst season in history. We have the #4 or 7 class right now, not #1. Sooooooooo...was CW paying players as well? According to you he must have been, considering he had a better class (on paper) coming off a crappy season, and right now Kelly is coming off a 4 game winning streak an optimism surrounding the program.

We don't know what's going on, but we do know that ND is a special place, and if things are going well, we should always have a top 10 class. Hell, even when things weren't going well, we had top 10 classes. This year is no different, except that we're getting more defensive studs. So stop listening to Colin Cowherd who says midwestern schools can't recruit, and follow history a wee bit closer.

Now, back to Tuitt. HUGE (re)pickup!!!!!!!!

I'm not worried. As they candidly pointed out as well, Tuitt's mother has been in ND's corner all along. Stephon seemed to have made a pop change along with his shady hs coach when he decommitted. The coach didn't want ND to visit... Momma did.

Mama Tuitt says that "Stephon is done with recruiting", and being that he will be 17 on NSD and his mother has to sign the LOI... well... I think momma knows best.

Between Tuitt and Lynch, this is the craziest recruiting season I have ever been a part of and I've been following ND recruiting like a maniac since the Randy Kinder, Tony Driver days, etc.

Add in Ishaq and even Hounshell. I put nothing past this staff.

All I have to say is PAY THESE ASSISTANTS (Alford, Diaco, Martin, etc.)!
