When all is said and done I think Tuitt will remain Irish. Lynch saw the writing on the wall at the AAA game as did Ishaq and I am sure that Tuitt did too. I don't see why he would want to pass up this opportunity to play on our defense and get the ND degree. I still think that Coach Kelly should use his in home visit just to secure Tuitt up. Rabassa will also be fine.

Well, I suppose that stranger things have happened, but Stephon was our #1 unofficial recruiter to get Ishaq and Aaron---now that they are fully on board, how in the heck is HE going to pass up his own idea of playing with them???

It's most likely just chat room rumors at this point guys. That's how rumors get started. To soon to call anyone out on a post when he is more than likely just relaying information from chat rooms. As of now, I don't think anything official has come out and I doubt anything will until Monday.

Even if Tuitt were blown off his feet on a visit to Gtech...I would think(hope?) he would atleast give ND a home visit and take it down to national signing day instead of just flipping on the spot ala Clay Burton.

This is the only article Ive seen so far and his friend "Smith" said he had no idea of Tuitt's intentions. Below is the quote:

"Tuitt could not immediately reached for comment.

“I don’t know what he’s going to do,” Smith said. “I didn’t get any kind of answer from him. As soon as I saw him I started teasing him and saying, ‘you gonna come with me?’ I know he’s feeling pressure both ways.”

The fact that 3 of his buddies from high school just committed is pretty disconcerting. That's alot of peer pressure to handle. But Tuitt seems to be a smart, calm guy. I don't think he's going anywhere

The conflicting report i was hearing was on the extention of the GT visit...

Absolutely right, Coach Kelly will not let Tuitt get away, peer pressure can be hard to deal with, but once he gets home and considers a ND education and playing with Ishaq and Lynch that is the clincher. No worries!

There is only one other player from his school committed. That is the kid that committed today.

Very, very concerned especially since the Ga Tech moderator for rivals.com and Tuitt's teammate, who went on the visit with him, are reporting that he really wants to flip his commitment to Ga Tech but needs to convince his mom.
Guys, there is ALOT of smoke here! Let's hope it does not turn into a fire.....

We need to trust the staff! They have already gone to the necessary lengths for the necessary players. Tuitt DID NOT commit while at GT. You know what that means? BK and staff will be in his ear asap scrubbing the luster off this visit. If Diaco was at Ishaq's house at 4:30 am locking him up while he was literally on his way to PSU... then I'm not worried about them sealing up a kid thats ALREADY committed and LOVES ND!! Have faith brothers.. Tuitt IS Irish.
