The first statement is not true. Neither ND nor Syracuse maintain private online directories.

As to his father, that doesn't sound like a denial.

But at the same time, I couldn't find any of the 2011 commits in the PSU directory. But if I remember correctly, you don't necessary have to apply at the same time of creating an access account. And the athletic department probably has a whole different system of admissions. He could have just made an account to learn more about PSU or was just confused about things."

I am a current senior in highschool and have applied and been accepted into PSU. My name is not anywhere in the directory, but it may be because I am not a potential EE. We shall see on Saturday.

One good piece of info is that if you look other students have their dorm as their address but Ishaq has not been assigned a dorm, so I think that means we do not need to worry about this.

If I walked into ND stadium and saw 80,000 fans wearing Brian Kelly masks I think I'd be pretty weird-ed out.

While I completely see your logic I will provide another view. As today starts a new semester any student who enrolls to start this semester, as I would assume all EE need to, he is now considered a student at all colleges IF he enrolled at multiple so he can start classes as soon as he arrives following the game.

I really don't think he's ending up at PSU. All of this fuss about the member directory seems ridiculous. He has to be enrolled in courses there if there is any hope he's going to go, don't classes start tomorrow? They can't just wait for him to announce and then force him into classes that are already full.

I can sure see him going to Syracuse. Him being a legacy, and a family kid. I don't like it but I can understand it.

But, if I was choosing with my son Cuse or ND--lifelong ND is sooooooooooo much better. No comparison. Penn State, well that is closer. Very good school with a good tradition. But, when you look at the Stanfords, ND, etc. in that academic realm there is no comparison. Now you can get the best of them all at ND. You get great coaching, the superb education, huge fan base, great home stadium, and get to be on national TV every week. The only thing that has been lacking is overall winning. Winning big that is. But, that is changing!!!!!

Go Irish, and I do hope I. Williams come to ND. He can be a difference maker. And be a part of something big!!

I disagree with you. this is completely different than what Lynch is doing...Lynch is committed to a school, Isaq hasn't committed to a school. Chill out Ishaq's dad is having a little fun. We as fans get crazy and over excited about a life changing choice for 17 year old kid.

I think they should do it at a Skate Rink. Put all the Recruits in the middle, and all the coaches on the outside. Then, when it is time for couples skate, the Recruit skates over and skates around with the coach.... I think that is the only way recruiting could get any worse.

i was home "sick" from school on national signing day in february of 09, on ESPNU Manti's announcement was the last one of the day and most hyped, almost every analyst had him at USC, but when he was being interviewed before the game he starting talking about God and Faith, and i knew he was Irish, then the announcement came and i danced around the living room

Here is my last post on Ishaq until he makes his decision. I ask him this question, "How many playmakers do you see around you this week that will be there to help you at Syracuse???? Ummm, ZERO!!! How many PSU playmakers do you see around you this week that will be helping you at PSU?? Ummm, I think ZIP again. How many playmakers for ND??? Ummm, TUITT, HEGARTY, ATKINSON, and possibly SCARLETT!!! That is some solid support, especially on D with Tuitt next to you. Also, maybe some Scarlett, Atkinson.
