No, this is great. This will reaffirm his commitment. Since his last visit, he has been wavering (slightly) with visits to South Carolina and taking calls from other schools. This weekend is set to lock down current commits and gain the interest of the remaining class. The next two weeks are huge.

I was waiting for a good statement from him....best news possible to come out of the weekend.
Of the 9 committed guys up there, I want quotes from Councell, Hardy, Rabasa, and Koyack. The ESPN article did not quote the last three (or Tuitt for that matter)...but thats just me being insecure I guess.
Also a Shane Ray commitment this week would be great too!

the best quote i read about truitt is he said nd reminded him of his highschool, struggling and rebuilding becoming better and believing in each other..... sounds like te'o's attitude coming out some what the "trend" setter way.... why should they go where people expect and be another guy or go to nd and never be forgotten.....

Very big defensive recruit. Provides very good athleticism in a place of need. Where does he fit in with Rabasa, Grace, Moore, Shembo, and the possible addition of Ishaq? I believe he is the fastest of the group so he should be on the outside. It should be fun over the next few years to watch these young men develop into solid athletes and football players. I feel comfortable with the fact that these coaches will have them playing in the right position.
Hi....I am Ben Councells uncle...live in Asheville and am his biggest fan. Met with Mike when he visited earlier this week and I just got a text from his Mom who went to ND this weekend with him and she loved it and Ben met with Coach Kelly and I quote "said he is fully committed"
So there you go...he is truly under rated...uncanny lateral agility, vertical jump and height to block with (blocked last second field goal attempt in state championship game last year) a true 4.4 speed in pursuit who hits hard and a smart kid who knows intuitively where the play is going...he will fit right in @ the "dawg" position Mike is talking about for him. He is a leader on and off the field, hard working and a burning desire to win and give God the credit for his amazing talent....you guys will love him, His Uncle Bruce
