I'm sure a lot of you guys have seen this but I'll post it anyway. ESPN has an update on Ishaq. Typically the school they "feel" is the leader is listed first with numbers 2, 3, 4, and 5 following in order. For schools that are close, they rank them in alphabetical order.

Explanations aside, USC is listed first in the update. Doesn't mean much, but I thought it was interesting since they haven't been in the picture much until recently. Could just be another instance of ESPN licking U$C's balls ala Florida and Alabama.

I think he is Irish based on the fact that he will visit South Bend right before he commits in December. If not ND then I think Penn State holds a really good shot with him.

I know we have alot of good kids looking to come here but i think this guy is the most important to land.

I really want him on our team. Just not that he is talented. He has overcome adversity and that is a great thing to have on your team. A person that future Irish can look up to, role model. He sound like he is a man of great character, I want that on our team. And he seems to work real hard, and has goals inside and outside the team. I want that on our team.

You can never have too many of those. It seems like we are getting a lot of those types of guys in this years class.

You got it! This kid is truly special and he has overcome so much adversity in his life. He is a dedicated, hard working kid and he will succeed no matter where he ends up. Hopefully it will be ND because I can only imagine the intangibles he would bring to the team such as attitude, leadership and motivation.

That is definently a relief and some good news. Earlier this morning on another thread I was reading that he might not make it because he had a playoff game that day as well. Very happy that he will be in attendance.
