Hey buddy. I lost the athd feed, then switched to espn3. I googled espn3, then followed the links to nd vs bc. It still seems to work.

yeah I have that... I'm kind of choosing not to watch... Oregon/Stanford is far more entertaining and won't **** me of as much...

I just don't get how everyone is jumping off cliffs with us up 11 after turning the ball over twice on our side of the field

I know we had our differences, but man... I've been agreeing with you a lot lately.

I think that it is due to the performance on Crist in the second quarter. He is very jeckle and hyde in this game.

It's on ABC HD here in soutwest Ohio.

Offense looked great in 1st quarter til apparently someone put KY on our gloves.

Crist is not sure what to do against pressure.

Our 3 losses are to 3 pretty good teams thus far.

Little more offense is needed in the second half.

We looked very good for the first 15 minutes... then not so much. Need to hold onto the ball. This game is closer than it should be, but I think adjustments will be made and we'll win convincingly.

Go Irish!!

hasn't been pretty but we have the lead and with the way the last couple of weeks have gone i'm glad we are up by 11 and have turned it over twice. the d has done a great job standing up and coming up with stops. all but the one play where gray got beat but thats going to happen.

he is miles ahead of where Jimmy was in his first year... yes he had an extra year but still... give him time

He is not miles ahead of Jimmy. Jimmy was a true freshman and had nobody blocking for him. Crist has a much better supporting cast. I am not making this assessment out of pouting for a poor second quarter showing. Remember, we all watch games and make assessments based on our own experience of the game. .. He has no concept of touch. He makes bad decisions. I gave him a pass the first few games because of his knee, his inexperience, and stiff competition, but I still sensed some less than attractive tendencies. This does not mean he can not turn out to be Heisman worthy, but far from it at the moment. Many dropped passes and fumbles after catch are a result of his bullet tosses in traffic. He can and will improve. How long had DR been starting at mich before he tore up nd? Forcier last year?

I really believe a disadvantage is the snap count. All the D has to do is take their first step as soon as Cave raises his head. Snap to quickly follow. Unbelievable. totally disprupts the offensive timing.

Yeah, Gray just bit on the move with no safety help over the top, that will happen in a Cover 1.

He's mediocre. I wouldn't be surprised if Hendrix took his job next year.

He's a good QB, but not for the spread. He'd be lighting it up in CW's offense. With that said he has more yards in his 1st 4 games than any QB in ND history. Other QBs will run this offense better in the future, but I don't think that qualifies him as mediocre.

And it is not jumping off a cliff to say the guy is average at best. Would it have b een better if I had called him average during the first quarter?

Crist will be good, you can see flashes of it just like in the 1st half of Jimmy's second year.

Needs to work on touch passes and reading/feeling pressure.

you can not compare jimmy anddayne because jimmy had no offensive line in front of him and was running for his life back there. dayne has a good line and needs to make better reads on where pressure is coming from and where to go with the ball.

How is it always the Ref from a mile away that calls the penalty?
