Well since we want to go the AI route, I dropped Warrior's post into ChatGPT and asked if this was a rant.

NDWarrior
Bishop, I'm sorry, you've lost your mind. You don't have the ability to critically think. This current mess is WAY MORE than Trump and his buffoonery first of all. I have "WTF is Trump and the crazy Technocrats and Christian Nationalist Heritage Funders behind him doing to this great country" syndrome. Fuck Trump... To use your own over-used phrase, Trump is a "USEFUL IDIOT." Smart enough tho' to make sure to loot and grift for himself and the Trump and Kushner families and his top supporters, friends, and Epstein-ers in crime folk. And the proof will be that, if Trump dies off, gets booted, or gets hung by his fingers, and the Republicans stay in power which would only occur if the admin carries on with the same suppress the mid-term vote and then the 2028 presidential election strategy, none of this shit will change and would actually likely become much worse and more cruel under Vance and his team and the same backers. You could make a case for your statements for 45 term and maybe the first few months of 47 term, but Trump and admin pretty quickly went full throttle Authoritarian, tear down our Constitutional Republic from day one and then it was a whole different story. I will admit, I've seen and heard a lot about Clinton and his corruption and depravity, and Biden of course had his issues (see how that works, I can be critical of both sides), but this is not your Father's Republican Party or any normal party in power over the past 250 years. Reagan would be rolling over in his fucking grave and crying to Nancy, "WTF is this guy doing to our country." I would say that since Clinton was in power, things have been going down hill and maybe really started under Reagan but I will give him the benefit of the doubt that he didn't always know what was going on around him and the bullshit shenanigans (maybe he did, who knows?). And fuck the "Media" - Nothing real and substantive coming out of any network at this point, and now Ellison and Skydance / Paramount about to close on the TWD acquisition and I'm sure CNN will become a whole different biased network. This is about the destruction of our country and democracy while you and others on here keep harping on the "immigrant rapist murderers and freeloaders." Well, keep enjoying that cesspool of hate and enmity while Rome burns. I really don't give a shit. I'm more concerned about the country and middle class surviving and that we don't all get nuked some day real soon.

Yes—this would generally be considered a rant.
It has several traits that define a rant:
  • Highly emotional tone (anger, frustration, urgency)
  • Strong, absolute language (“lost your mind,” “fuck Trump,” “this is about the destruction…”)
  • Long, flowing structure without much restraint or balance
  • Personal attacks and sweeping claims
  • Less focus on structured argument, more on venting and emphasis
It’s not just expressing an opinion—it’s venting intensely and forcefully, which is what pushes it into “rant” territory rather than a reasoned critique.
If your goal is to persuade rather than vent, this kind of tone will likely make people defensive instead of receptive.

It's funny, I was going to head off you guys and do it myself first, but I was too tired to do so last night. I kind of figured you would be the one to do it, LOL (tho' I would have had AI go through all my posts on here, but sure I have enough emotion-filled rants on here 100%).

It was meant to be an emotional and passionate rant because I care about the country and where it's heading and hell, if you can't do it here, where can you do it?

Well played tho'... Touché

You gotta love how Trump will "remember" those companies that do not apply and ask for a CAPE Phase 1 Tariff refund; I bet he's not saying the same thing to his Hedge Fund and Trader buddies who stand to now make a windfall from buying up of a large % of the claims on tariffs with many companies desperate to get immediate cash after the tariffs were imposed in return for giving up their claims to potential refunds down the line that could be activated via a court ruling.

The tariffs ended up becoming yet another Trump grift that did nothing but remove potentially productive capacity from the economy for unproductive purposes, punish consumers, and make hedge funds and traders a lot of easy $... SMH

Tariff Refund Payouts to Importers Who Held Their Claims
  • CBP estimates more than 330,000 importers made IEEPA tariff payments, with total refunds estimated at around $166 billion (Washington Times)
  • Only the "importer of record" is entitled to a refund — consumers who faced higher prices on imported goods are not eligible (CBS News)
    • (Consumers could get some $ returned back to them via legislation (iffy if anything will become law) that would mandate this and/or via retailers/companies finding ways to apply refunds via lower prices)
  • Phase 1 of CAPE covers roughly 63% of all IEEPA duties (~$127 billion); the remaining 37% of entries already liquidated or under protest are excluded from Phase 1 (CBS News)
  • Importers who held their claims receive 100 cents on the dollar — but only for eligible entries, and only after navigating a documentation-heavy process with no guarantee of speed
What Hedge Funds and Traders Will Collect
  • Hedge funds and investment firms paid between 20 and 40 cents for each dollar of claims they purchased, with most trades ranging from $2 million to $20 million (The Manhattan)
  • Funds that bought at 25–30 cents on the dollar and collect the full refund stand to make roughly a 3x to 4x return on their investment; those who bought at 20 cents stand to make a 5x return
  • Thomas Braziel of investment firm 117 Partners, who purchased $925,000 in tariff refund claims, says he stands to make a more than eightfold return (Substack)
  • Estimates suggest anywhere from 15% to 50% of total claims may have been sold or assigned to liquidation specialists or hedge funds, potentially making the secondary market as large as $100 billion (Fortune)
    • (Although it denies buying any claims, Cantor Fitzgerald likely did buy claims that will enrich the company the Secretary Lutkin's son now runs)
  • The funds collect through the same CAPE portal process as any other importer of record — they simply step into the shoes of the original importer via legal assignment of refund rights

No, it’s not. Look at the results we’re seeing.

Remember, we were told this would be a “4 to 5 week” operation.

We’ve had reports the Trump Administration had not considered Iran would take the Strait of Hormuz. Trump himself said he was surprised by Iran’s retaliation.
That still doesn't prove he was flippant about his decision. It simply shows things changed for whatever reason. Underestimating, changing up due to results, etc.

BREAKING: The Chair of the House Oversight Committee admits that Republicans are considering a FULL PRESIDENTIAL PARDON for Jeffrey Epstein's right-hand woman Ghislaine Maxwell.

And it gets so much worse....

“A lot of people do," said Chairman James Comer when asked if he supports giving Maxwell a pardon in exchange for her testimony.

“My committee’s split on that. I don’t speak for my committee," he said, stating that he doesn't like the idea because it "looks bad."

“Honestly, other than Epstein, the worst person in this whole investigation is Maxwell," he added.

Yeah, I wouldn't accept a pardon, no way. I'd consider maybe a reduced sentence, but only if the testimony is so damning it led to convictions for slews of scumbags that otherwise wouldn't see justice. That's a pipedream though. Her testimony alone wouldn't be enough to convict, so I say she can rot in jail. My guess is she winds up dead if she does try to testify.

Those that want to pardon her might have something to hide? She needs to stay in jail, but I'm guessing Trump will pardon her when he leaves office.

Yikes!

IMO, further proof that Trump, Stephen Miller and the admin and backers don't give one shit about voter approval rates because they plan to stay in power via whatever emergency measures, voter suppression, police/federal task group/national guard forces it takes to do so.

We are so f-----!

.... I have felt for almost a decade when I first became aware of this xxcensoredxx that he did NOT live inthe same "reality"/headspace with any other person at all. He was and is his own universe. He is, however, HIGHLY FUNCTIONAL (no one should kid themselves about this) in recognizing something in front of his face and trying to punch it bloody if he doesn't like it. Doesn't make any difference what it is. Or if punching it hurts his poll ratings. In his universe, he believes absolutely that he will win everything he wants by the exercise of overt violent power or by nasty slightly less overt power (though he'd really prefer the former, as he likes the thrill of the kill.) So ... no ... don't expect "polls" outside of his headspace to effect him seriously at all. They are all "fake", and in the end, he will kill those responsible. When younger and in a better world (once people like Stalin and a few others had gone) I thought that no such xxcensoredxx could ever gain such power as to threaten the entire structure of society and the law.

I mean, he's a prick, but that's a pretty strong statement. I think there's been a lot of questions about politicians taking out potential threats in the past, but there's no credible evidence or indication he's done that or will do that. You guys need to put the propaganda down for awhile and come back to reality.

Not backing off that. My "collecting" of glimpses of this xxcensoredxx's true nature and Kohlberg Moral Development Type two "law-unto-oneself" personality has PLENTY of data to base itself on. (Trump's method of "killing" people is to harass them into debt and prison, or, if not Americans, bomb them.)

It’s too bad none of them believe in vaccines.
It’s absolutely insane to me the heel turn against his work on Project Warp Speed. Literally could have forced that into receiving his dream of a Nobel peace prize for the work that was done. Saved millions of lives. After 2020 election he could have just shut it down and coasted off that, do his usual “witch hunt” shit and courts wouldn’t prosecute him and Republicans could run on being the party that saved the world. But nah, they saw those dumb fucking antivaxxers who were traditionally housed in the left wing space with their natural deodorant and thought “yeah let’s get them in”. Holy fuck what an unforced error.

Comparing Trump to Stalin equates to sound reasoning.

This aged great. I think you have it backwards. Trump isn't having anyone shot (On American soil), he's the one being shot at.

Remember the national scandal when a rodeo clown wore a Obama mask

People in this country are sick, brainwashed to think this is acceptable morally. There are First Amendment protections, but The first Amendment does not protect speech that calls for violence if it constitutes a "true threat" or incites "imminent lawless action". While general advocacy of force is protected, speech loses protection if it is intended to, and likely to, produce immediate unlawful acts. This certainly straddles that line, they're supporting the assassination of a sitting president. I believe I saw the owner is a Democrat running for office too.
