I think there’s a pretty gigantic moral difference between stealing the grain from Ukraine at gunpoint and stopping the billions of aid that is heading into the country.

And that being said, we have largely reinstated the life saving medicine going to Uganda and other countries under a new model that actually weans the country off of US aid over time, rather than keeping them a US dependent forever.
