I know we're looking to flip the Miami S, but wondering if there's any interest in this guy now that he's just reclassified to '27?

Has a strong offer list and doesn't seem to be honed in on any school just yet.

Pole Moala S '27

RBs cancelled their visits. Lead for Cade Cooper. Seems we may get the IL QB (my words not theirs).

Cade Cooper seems like a strong candidate for next commitment, after Rogers.

I’m surprised how quickly the RB dominoes fell on ND’s board.

Driskell saying there are two more silents in the class.

They are not players with a commitment date set already (Rodgers) or that were on campus this weekend (Montana Toilolo)

I think if they can lock up lopati the offense will follow.

Start stacking the defensive talent.

The bold are people I am very confident we land. Almost added Dollar, Parks, and Gamble. But I am a coward.

90%+ sounds right

My color commentary:
QB: all signs point to Lopati - get him on board and add another recruiter for the class
WR: Burrell is still on the board. A Tier - Jones, Sabb, Cooper. B Tier - Caldwell, Burrell, Yancy. Others - Fryman, McAfee
TE: Terwilliger may fit the blocking frame better, but as RB w/ Rogers over Segarra…first come first serve Howard/Terwilliger
OL: Von Brandt, Halter, Wagner, Flanigan seem solid - Simien is always a take, but would Starcevic be an either/or if staff moves on Black when he visits in April? Seems like 5 is an okay number with Flanigan as the “scholarships are now at 100” kinda prospect.

DE: O’Neil may pop/silent soon. Out of the bluest chippers Sesay seems most likely. I like your thought on this position. Forstall, Brown, Green as luxuries. Emedobi is a good 3rd guy, but I wouldn’t mind seeing him as the “4th” if they shorten the LB board and get a luxury and still add him for 4 DE/edge prospects
DT: Perfectly put. Hope they don’t lose out on Parks, Alexander seems like option B/5th guy.
LB: see above. Irvin, then Igwebuike/Gouda/Glover/Wallace. Option A - 1 of 4 and additional (4) edge. Option B - 2 of 4 and 3 DE/edge prospects
DB: Hold Hasan and Alston. Terry is all in. Add 2/3 of Williams, Gamble, Harrington. Is Telfair still high on board? Do they take 6 due to nickel base, # of snaps and running/injury potential, dual use as special teams/practice guys?

Total: 27 plus the long snapper for 28 total. 29 more likely than 27.

I'd add Royal to A-Tier as well as Burrell and possibly Caldwell. Cooper would be in the B-Tier. Fryman, McAfee and Douthard a tier below.

Makes sense. ND wasn’t full on the gas pedal with Poyer. Al Washington offered him than was gone a week later. Jean-Mary had to get his own board set up - evaluating, starting relationships, offering etc

USC turned up the heat while ND was in transition phase. He’s a good player but ND is starting to get an idea of who they like at LB. Poyer would have been a good #3 LB in this class but I doubt Jean-Mary can’t find a similar player.
