Having given this a lot of thought I’ve decided that I don’t mind Kash Patel getting blitzed with the boys because that’s way better than the alternative world where he tried to do his fucking job. The more time kash spends at the rink and trump spends waddling around the golf course the less harm they can do.
spoken like someone that believed Joe Biden was sharp as a tack because AOC told him so

So you can find examples of any other FBI director being at the Olympics? Nothing comes up on a regular search.

Even if there are other examples, I guarantee you're not going to find one chugging beers and celebrating like they won the gold medal themselves.
so maybe the other FBI directors that are in the tank for the system were too busy taking bribes to do their job

I can't believe we're criticizing an American, celebrating America, because it's too American and not politically correct... Obviously he has some relationship with the team, he was front and center. They gave him a damn gold metal to wear without asking for it. That wasnt an interaction of "hey random guy wanting to party with us"

Its a huge moment. I blasted the star spangle banner and other American rich songs with my Windows down during a light snow storm for 3.5 hours driving back from Cleveland. Beeped while screaming USA at a few Canadian cars once I made it back home. Obnoxious and not politically correct, sure. Totally worth it. Do not apologize for loving your country during an event designed to ooze patriotism... Jill Biden was at the 2020 Olympics and 2024 Olympics. She was even part of the opening ceremonies according to Google.

Literally just love the country's success. Can you imagine talking to the President, any of them at any time, and feeling so ALIVE you're just like "Hey Donny" and the President doesn't even care?

Did you care that Ratcliffe was at the A&M game?

Even if he doesn’t have a close relationship, I think Kash is a fucking dork but if I won the gold medal, and the director of the FBI wanted to chug beer with me, I would think that’s incredibly badass

My wife was ugly crying,... I'm also blessed to have a woman who actually pays attention to my sports loves, knew all about Johnny Hockey before he died, and knew the context of everything as it was happening and didn't need it explained to her. I'm seeing videos of guys having to stop everything to explain it while it was happening, ugh... blessed to not have to do that.

It’s obviously incredibly dumb that Kash is using his post as his own personal make a wish foundation.

It’s also obviously incredibly funny that the player’s response to super fan fbi director was to get him shitfaced.

Thank you for reminding me. Have you been to Winnipeg BTW? Any tips? Might make the trek in a few weeks to pay homage to Hellebuyck and yell obscenities at MacKinnon.
Did you piss off someone at work? You can get the same experience at Buffalo or Indianapolis if you want that feel. Winnipeg has a weird fan base.

Honestly, this pains me to say, but go to Montreal for a unique feel. Great city, tickets shouldn’t be too outrageous and the fan base is wild. Plus you get to see Caufield and Hutson.

It certainly appeared a consistent theme surrounding USA hockey is deleting beers. America's Team
I liked the video of a few of the guys in an elevator going back to their rooms and random people are just coming and going while they’re lit up singing songs,… lol

Winnipeg?? So, Canadians on the board, isn’t Winnipeg like y’all’s Detroit?? Wouldn’t it be better for an American fan to go to a Jets away game in like Edmonton, Vancouver or Toronto in terms of enjoyment of the entire trip??

Winnipeg's arena is 5 hours from my house per Google maps. The Wild's arena is 5 hours 1 minute from my house. Easy to drive up Friday after work or Saturday morning and pay homage.

I assumed the Jets fans are kinda odd. We get a ton of traffic coming down from Winnipeg and they are (mostly harmless) weirdos. Have heard very good things about Montreal but I'm not flying to Quebec to watch a hockey game.

Yeah if someone is leaving Winnipeg to go to NORTH DAKOTA you gotta know it’s a brutal time.

Montreal is worth the flight for the city. Probably the only international city in the world where Americans are treated better than people from Toronto.

I dont like the Jets lol Winnipeg is the closest NHL franchise to me though. Easy drive to go see Secretary Hellebuyck and drive home the next morning.

I think they come down to buy specific items and I assume hockey (UND and youth tourneys). You come across the odd bachelor/Bachelorette party or boys/girls weekends or whatever.

Perhaps I'll recommend Montreal for our next bachelor party. I think the boys are finally tired of Nashville and Austin. If we can get around speaking English I think it could be an easy sell.
