Oklahoma State signed 49 transfers. Yikes.

As for Lane Kiffin, he is who he is. I enjoyed some of his social media game while he was at Ole Miss and thought he was a different guy, which he probably was for a while, but he's the same dude he ever was.

10,000 Div 1 transfers? That averages to nearly 38 players per team (265 teams are D1, 136 FBS & 129 FCS)

I know some teams are dealing with that much attrition to the portal, but that number is not the average.

That's 2/3 of the portal applicants that are 'lower tiered' players that no team of importance really wants other than being a plan 'B or C' player. They are basically throwing the "stickum" against the wall and see what sticks (to see if ANYBODY wants them). These aren't future NFL type players ... so basically seeing what money they can garner in the meantime while hopefully getting a degree. So, who really gives a fuck!

The guy tweeting is making it seem like these are all D1 players or players looking for a D1 spot, which clearly isn't true.

No one knows how it all splits out. Of course some kids won't have a D1 chair when the music stops, but anybody tweeting shit like that has an agenda.

It's certainly interesting, as @Pete said, to get an idea of how many players at all levels move around, though.

How many players left ND that are legit draftable NFL prospects? Durham maybe?

Burnham is a good B1G season away.
Minchey
Blair isn't at the moment, but he has the measurables and time to develop.

I think ND has done a fantastic job retaining the players who are good enough to get snaps. They also effectively churned players who are not good enough to earn snaps into players who, at least, should be good enough to compete for snaps.

Alternative to Teddy Jarrard:

I don't know any this picture peaks my curiosity.

It just doesn't look right - and not just because of the block "G" with the Oregon uniform.

Maybe it's the dark visor on the white background, combined with the awkward kneeling position with the even more awkward "O" hand sign. Just gives me second hand embarrassment cringe.
