Much like the scores of the 2025 season we know that they are clown college but it goes in the books as a win.
No, but that season set back recruiting significantly, which impacts the talent on the roster and on and on.

No shit. That 2015 team had NFL talent all over it and due to shitty coaching underperformed as well and was one play away from beating the eventual runner up to the National Champion.

Exactly. I knew as soon as they didn't go QB draw on second down with a pass play ready for 3rd down they were panicking.

I’ve honestly only driven through Alabama, but I sort of picture Alabama as a state where people just drink cheap beer and watch “the game“ whatever game that is.

No, my point is that the A&M game cost us the playoffs. And we would have had decent odds to win it all. We weren't making the playoffs in 2016, and certainly weren't winning it all.

I thought you could have ran on 3rd down specifically. If you get nothing, 28 seconds you definitely have at least 10 seconds for 4th down. Have two plays in the huddle ready.

2-4 against non-SEC teams in the playoffs. Both wins by Texas as heavy favorite over bad auto-bid teams.
