I really wanna stomp them in the playoffs though! I'd even be okay embarrassing them in the Mecca of college football: Provo! After this week I hope its BYU fans.
Not being from Utah, but living there for 15+ yrs, this is a WILD interpretation of what actually goes on.Mormies have it made. They come back from the mission at 25 and bag 21 year olds thay worship them like southeast asians do their men.. then start pumping

The phrase itself come to us from Black Americans, and it refers to 1) a golden doll made of pine tar and tupentine, and 2) a sticky situation that people will regret engaging with, more generally.
Over time, some people confused pine tar with asphalt, and some started using the phrase in a racist manner. That in no way means the term itself is racist or that people who use the term are racist. Implying that somebody who uses that term must be a racist is like implying that somebody who owns a hoodie must be a burglar. Just because a bad thing could be true doesn't mean it is true or should be treated as true.
I do get that this poster is new and probably here to troll. That still does not suggest racism. An internet troll is the epitome of definition #2. That is, you may regret engaging with Tar Baby, and he may be acutely aware of this.
would not be the first time something was warped and twisted by modern social justice warriors
Definitely not the first time…….so many phrases and words have gotten way out of touch with their original intentions/meanings.would not be the first time something was warped and twisted by modern social justice warriors
the famous V for victory sign used by Churchill in WW2 has been supposedly corrupted by the same SJW heroes
I think even the OK sign is frowned by them now

Or you could just shut the fuck up and let him criticize racist shit. The phrase itself come to us from Black Americans, and it refers to 1) a golden doll made of pine tar and tupentine, and 2) a sticky situation that people will regret engaging with, more generally.

Bud sees us as hosting a game now, and you can tell how much it pains him to say it.
Constant ND shade.I enjoy Cover 3 for big picture college football and their banter, but mannnn they are not fans of ND whatsoever. It’s actually pretty funny how much they go out of their way to backhand ND sometimes

Playing Iowa in bad conditions sounds like a nightmare. The citadel is not even good for FCS.I respect any major org reporters who are willing to call out specific AP reporters by name for their biases. Like the beginning of this video where they call out SEC beat writers for lowering Oregon for struggling with a Top 20 Iowa in the rain while raising Ole Miss for beating the Citadel.
Only team to avoid is Ohio State, their defense is insane. Just go anywhere except the 9/8/1 pod and hope someone takes out Ohio State for you lol.I’d rather get the 10th seed avoid Ohio State get Ole Miss in the first game
So, we need Oregon and Texas Tech to lose.Only team to avoid is Ohio State, their defense is insane. Just go anywhere except the 9/8/1 pod and hope someone takes out Ohio State for you lol.
For my money, the current 11/6/3 pod is by far the easiest path to the semis. I think all three of those teams are kinda trash.
Doesn’t technically the teams that would be playing for the conference championship be in the playoffs anyway? Doesn’t seem to make any sense at all other than just generating revenue and clicks.Conference Championship weekend was added as a TV product to make money, and it just so happened to have a reasonable impact on determining a champion. Now they still want it as a tv product, but it no longer makes sense in the playoff format.
They need to move Week 1 to Week 0, eliminate Conference Championship weekend and slide everything up accordingly. Would allow the Semis to be played Jan 1 and National Championship to be the Monday after NFL Wild Card weekend.
Agree that if we want to win the Championship, we would probably have to play pOSU at some point. Not sure if there is a better time to play them.I think we could get jumped if Oklahoma or Texas win out as well, so that could get us to the 10 seed.
Gotta beat Ohio State at some point, and maybe coming off of the bye is the best time for that to happen.
Any tweet about ND will be full of the most random assortment of fans of other teams just repeating "join a conference." TCU fans randomly having beef with ND this morning. Then they'll claim we're "irrelevant," lol the cognitive dissonance. Damn, I guess we're relevant enough for any tweet of us to draw the entire Medium12 out of their shanties to chant "join a conference" like a siren call went out. Meanwhile, I haven't thought about TCU since their mass extinction event in the NCG against UGA 4 years ago.We all have biases and all that jazz but the extent to which many random CFB folks really have a problem with Notre Dame always boggles my mind.
When its the Big 12 its particularly amusing because its just a bunch of G5 schools rebrandedAny tweet about ND will be full of the most random assortment of fans of other teams just repeating "join a conference."
