He was voided on a couple sitesGood luck. He’s out, for now.

Dylan is still a difference maker. Just for the other team.Just fumbled the opening punt return of the season at the 10 yard line
They need to change their cleats, molded isnt going to cut it in those sloppy conditions.
Would he be any more than a gadget play guy for us though? He's so small. Love and Price have 30-35 pounds on him. Hard to see Edwards getting more than five or so touches a game in our offense.I think the dude chose poorly. Look at the hype our RB room has been getting. Love and Price will likely both get drafted before Edwards I would think.
ND didn't recruit him to be a RB. They saw him as a dynamic athlete who was to small to be a RB at the college level that was going to play slot and move around a bit to get him the ball in space.I think the dude chose poorly. I wouldn't say he's wasting away. He's a national name, I doubt he would've been hereWho knows if he would have been an impact player here or not, just feels like our guys are shooting to the moon and he could have been part of that hype even if it was a move to the Slot or something. Out at Colorado where he was trying to be a big fish in a little pond, now wasting away in Manhattan.
Detachable is the way to go but one day these trainers will learnlol yep this happens every single year when it’s rainy. Equipment guys never do their homework

May have found a place as a third down back or a gadget. But yes - idk how he'd fitI always viewed him as a prototypical Big12 RB. Small and scatty. I don’t think he would be in the RB Room Freeman has built.
Yes, he is and 7.4 ypc is elite at any level of Football past prep ball. It was 3rd in the country behind the RB from Marshall who led the NCAA at 8.3, you have to carry the ball at least 6 times a game to be eligible by NCAA standards. Is he? I haven't heard much honestly, but that doesn't mean he's not a national name. He had about 570 yards rushing last year, and while his YPC was 7.4 that wasn't in the Top 200 last year, nor super impressive in the Big 12 where defense is crap. It would have been 5th best YPC in the Big 12 among backs that carried the ball more than 10 times.
Yes, but on 75 carries. (Love and Price both topped 120 last year). He's fast, but too small to be an everydown back. At best we'd probably use him the way we used Chris Tyree, as a five-touch-per-game weapon in space. That does not really make one a national name, nor get one drafted ahead of a bona fide Heisman candidate like Love.Yes, he is and 7.4 ypc is elite at any level of Football past prep ball. He would've been excellent for us and yes he would've been a guy on KR/PR that you try to get the ball to 6-8 times a game. Now funny you say getting the ball 5-7x a game doesn't make you a national name well guys like Devin Hester and need I say "Rocket" Ismail say 👋Yes, but on 75 carries. Would he play over Hurleman? He would've been excellent for us and yes he would've been a guy on KR/PR that you try to get the ball to 6-8 times a game. Now funny you say getting the ball 5-7x a game doesn't make you a national name well guys like Devin Hester and need I say "Rocket" Ismail say 👋
The same Hurleman who was an AA Fair Catcher and didn't get two sips of his coffee? Of course not, NOBODY plays over "The Hurl"🤫🤫Would he play over Hurleman?
Well, yeah, Edwards did make honorable mention All Big 12 as a kick returner last year. He's basically right there with the best in the history of the sport. He would've been excellent for us and yes he would've been a guy on KR/PR that you try to get the ball to 6-8 times a game. Agree for the most part as he wants to be a "feature" player in an offense which his talent should allow to be showcased.Well, yeah, Edwards did make honorable mention All Big 12 as a kick returner last year. He's basically right there with the best in the history of the sport.
No knock on the guy. I'm sure we could use him as a returner and occasional slot receiver. But I'm not sure who on our current two-deep I'd trade for him. If he were here, great, but he's probably better off being a big dog at K State, where he does seem to be a significant player in their offense.
“The Hurl” lives rent free in your headAgree for the most part as he wants to be a "feature" player in an offense which his talent should allow to be showcased.
I also believe he could definitely be used in our offense as a AP/Utility player who gets to carry the ball out of the backfield, and also line up in the slot and create mismatches. You get your best talent on the field and him on the field with any trio alongside Fields and Love in the backfield is terrifying to any D. Added bonus as a dynamic return man giving us game breaking speed, something that was missing with "The Hurl" back there contrary to sole opinion.
Agreed. We’ll need a good KR once Price leaves.……
I’d take him in a heartbeat.

He probably played his cards perfectly. Too small to be an NFL player (maybe sticks around for a year or 2 making league minimum) so go get paid in college. He's dynamic as hell but he needs a system that fits his game. Dylan should've stayed with ND who would've played him primarly as a slot but would've moved him around to take advantage of his dynamic nature especially a handful rushing touches.
That said he has no future with ND, not happening.
