Meh. Revenue follows victory, and revenue is not remotely the same as funding. For example, billionaire alums paying players doesn't count as revenue.
Personally I'd put "ND being dumb" at 2 just because I do think it becomes a bigger sticking point over time when you're working with people who can't put their pride aside to help coaches do their jobs. I just don't think the admissions office works in good faith at all regarding HS classes (Merck and Bua's post about Hillman was eye-opening) and taking undergrad transfers.
