Dale, meet Jigga,… Jigga likes performance acting as a Sopranos character and is still hoping to get his meds,….
Makes zero sense unless the team that is beating IU is one of those in a potential traffic jam.We generally want the top teams (ie, IU) to keep winning. We don't want a 10-2 traffic jam.
Agreed.Makes zero sense unless the team that is beating IU is one of those in a potential traffic jam.
There is absolutely no down side to UCLA beating IU.
Notre Dame goes 10-2, they're getting in.We generally want the top teams (ie, IU) to keep winning. We don't want a 10-2 traffic jam.
Well some on this board are hiding red under their blue and gold…Makes zero sense unless the team that is beating IU is one of those in a potential traffic jam.

I too hate Diego Pavia.I really want to see UCLA upset IU and Mizzou beat Vanderbilt. I dislike Pavia more than I like Clark Lea.
Curt Cignetti getting served some humility would be a nice treat as well.
Good story at first. Then he went to Alabama a few weeks ago and did his best Baker Mayfield Johnny Football act. And lost. Not so much of a fan anymore. If I want to see someone in their mid twenties act like a douche, I'll go to the local pub this weekend.I too hate Diego Pavia.
Is it going to be a hurricane in Baton Rouge? Think he learned his lesson about chucking it around during a hurricane?Heavy rain for Arkansas/Auburn if you enjoy supreme chaos
Rain also likely for LSU/A&M and Ole Miss/OU
Zero chance they play either game, it's going to rain.Heavy rain for Arkansas/Auburn if you enjoy supreme chaos

You better get used to it.Is it going to be a hurricane in Baton Rouge? Think he learned his lesson about chucking it around during a hurricane?
That 11am eastern time start is a tough early morning matchup for a west coast team. Only way around It, If UCLA flew In on Tuesday or Wednesday to get the jet lag out of their systems. The first half will be the make It a game or keep It close half for the Bruins.I'm not following and kind of completely disagree. There is at least one solid match up in each time slot which is all you can really ask for. PLUS, I feel every time someone said "what a weak slate" that's when chaos ensues.
Noon ET: UCLA is a big dawg, but they have been on a roll since firing their HC. That at the very least is an entertaining first quarter to watch, see if they can keep it close. Plus Ole Miss @ Oklahoma, a top 15 SEC match up at noon? That's quality. Also borderline playoff elimination game for the loser. Sneaky: G6 elimination game/frontrunner for the auto-birth between USF and Memphis. can't ask for more options for the opening slate.
3:30 ET: Another top 15 SEC match up. What more are you asking for from a weekend slate? Vandy vs. Mizzou, two unlikely brands vying for SEC Championship and playoff positioning. Go Cyclones, BYU ranked right ahead of ND and we could use further chaos in the Big12 to keep their bids down as low as possible.
7:30 ET: I'll concede that the only match up worth watching in the evening slot is aTm and LSU, but I'll be keeping tabs on my second favorite football team: whoever is playing scUM. Again, go Green.
There's plenty to like about this slate, IMO.
Agreed. They either need to win their conferences or just totally fall apart and lose at least 3 games.Notre Dame rooting interest this weekend...
Boise State over Nevada
UCLA over Indiana
Syracuse over Georgia Tech
Oklahoma over Ole Miss (Oklahoma has a harder schedule left and should lose more)
North Carolina over Virginia
Purdue over Rutgers
Wake Forest over SMU
Arkansas over Auburn
South Carolina over Alabama
Vanderbilt over Missouri (I like rooting for Lea)
Iowa State over BYU
Pittsburgh over NC State (would be nice having them ranked when we play and we need them hot to knock off GT)
Navy over Florida Atlantic
Oklahoma State over Texas Tech
Baylor over Cincinnati
Mississippi St. over Texas
Wisconsin over Oregon
Miami over Stanford (still think it suits us best to have Miami and A&M as conference champs)
Texas A&M over LSU
Boston College over Louisville
Michigan State over Michigan (Because we hate Michigan...always)
Kentucky over Tennessee
I do believe it is a noon kick, but agreed. Jig does the times CT. Im not betting on it, but it would be fun if they kept the mid-season turnaround going. But I think the Hoosiers ultimately handle themThat 11am eastern time start is a tough early morning matchup for a west coast team. I guess he is making sure to enjoy his moment while it lasts since he won’t be on an NFL squad next year. He is a poor man’s Johnny Manzel without some of the talent. He’s like a Skatteboo of QBs but won’t play in the NFL.Good story at first. Then he went to Alabama a few weeks ago and did his best Baker Mayfield Johnny Football act. And lost.
