Heavy rain for Arkansas/Auburn if you enjoy supreme chaos

Rain also likely for LSU/A&M and Ole Miss/OU

Idk. Supreme Death Valley at night. BK up against a wall. A&M overrated vibes to that. Ugly W like they had against Ole Miss last year seems on the table

If watching Luke Fickell's career die a slow death on the West Coast is your thing, Dale, I say go for it.

I'll type slower.

Wisconsin at Oregon is broadcasting LIVE at the same time as TAMU vs LSU. If you're "IDK" about TAMU vs LSU, you can watch Luke Fickell get pounded into another vote of confidence.

As for matchups that might impact ND's standing, this may be the last tough game for Ole Miss (South Carolina, Citadel, Florida, Egg Bowl are their remaining 4). OU still has a brutal stretch after this with 4 straight ranked teams as of now. Same with Mizzou and Vandy, neither of those teams will go perfect the rest of the way. I suppose BYU could always lose in Ames, but I find that unlikely

Relax dude lol. I didn’t say it’s not worth watching, I thought you were saying A&M versus LSU is the best bet [to lay/make] of the weekend. Miscommunication over saying the word bet brother.

“TAMU vs LSU is surely the best bet for the weekend.”

I'm quite relaxed. Bye week.

All good.

Definition of a movable object vs a stoppable force lol. A real chance for Arkansas's defense to hold an opponent under 30 for the first time since week 2 while Auburn's offense may actually break 20 for the first time since week 3.

Baylor is going to Cincinnati with a record of 4-3. For anyone on Dave Aranda watch.

Golesh vs Silverfield looks good. Memphis took an upset loss to UAB last week. The G5 group could really start to pick each other off now.

BYU @ ISU will be sneaky good, IMO. Two physical football teams in the Big12

Curious to see if UCLA can ride its recent momentum and give IU a scare in Bloomington. I sure wouldn't mind seeing them humbled and welcome the chaos, for obvious reasons.

Mizzou/Vandy, powerhouses of the SEC. How fun is that.

Of more local interest, ultimately lacking national interest (rightfully so): go green, beat scUM.

I plan to watch a couple series, then revisit later if MSU somehow keeps it interesting.

Meanwhile, these kind of replays sustain us Spartans. Extended version of "WOAH, HE HAS TROUBLE WITH THE SNAP!" featuring Desmond Howard and plenty of "foreshadowing" commentary.

Of course on the bye weekend where I am free to watch a full day of ball the slate sucks.

I think A&M gets exposed by BK this week.
True, but in an era where most of us have access to countless games, more ranked vs unranked matchups usually means more hilarious upsets to catch if we know when to switch the channel.

Dale, meet Jigga,… Jigga likes performance acting as a Sopranos character and is still hoping to get his meds,….

I was in the stadium that evening for 2015 ND/USC. I'll never forget checking my ESPN app to see the Sparty/scUM score and thinking "man, Sparty blew it."

Five minutes later I look at my phone and it's blowing up, people in ND STADIUM are all buzzing about "trouble with the snap." I'll never forget it

What a snoozer this week is
I'm not following and kind of completely disagree. There is at least one solid match up in each time slot which is all you can really ask for. PLUS, I feel every time someone said "what a weak slate" that's when chaos ensues.

Noon ET: UCLA is a big dawg, but they have been on a roll since firing their HC. That at the very least is an entertaining first quarter to watch, see if they can keep it close. Plus Ole Miss @ Oklahoma, a top 15 SEC match up at noon? That's quality. Also borderline playoff elimination game for the loser. Sneaky: G6 elimination game/frontrunner for the auto-birth between USF and Memphis. can't ask for more options for the opening slate.

3:30 ET: Another top 15 SEC match up. What more are you asking for from a weekend slate? Vandy vs. Mizzou, two unlikely brands vying for SEC Championship and playoff positioning. Go Cyclones, BYU ranked right ahead of ND and we could use further chaos in the Big12 to keep their bids down as low as possible.

7:30 ET: I'll concede that the only match up worth watching in the evening slot is aTm and LSU, but I'll be keeping tabs on my second favorite football team: whoever is playing scUM. Again, go Green.

There's plenty to like about this slate, IMO.
