According to Grok.

The officiating crew for the Notre Dame vs. NC State game on October 11, 2025, includes referee Tim Hedgepeth, who was also the referee for Notre Dame's loss to Northern Illinois in 2024. Specific details about other officials are not available from the provided information.

The ref situation is not even funny anymore.. it’s borderline conspiracy theory

I've got no idea what they are trying to do on 3rd/4th and short. Obviously NC state are a step ahead on those plays.
I’m thinking not having a “running” QB is befuddling Denbrock in those situations and he hasn’t completely adjusted to that.

I'm having a hard time separating fandom from honest evaluation. Going back to the TAMU game, there have been 2+ calls that are blatantly missed, wrong or wildly inconsistent. I don't understand how we can have this type of officiating but it's actually affecting games this year because our margin for error is smaller when we can't convert 3rd/4th and short.

The NCAA needs officials not conferences. Get rid of it - clear conflict of interest.

Last week's just seemed to be sheer incompetence. I mean we had ACC refs and they had no horse in that race (if anything they might want us stronger for their conference's OOC schedule) but this week it's blatant. This is the most biased officiating I've ever seen. Only thing close was a few of those early season Miami games last year where the refs carried them to wins over VT and Cal.

I've said it a billion times, but conference officials:
