Big difference is ND hasn’t had a single OV yet. Last year they were done after this weekend. By my count there’s 17 uncommitted prospects ready to take their OVs in the next 9 days
Bowden special! I think he wanted everyone in early and it backfired big time

People (maybe just 2008) are discovering other schools land commits when they have visits and ND does not when they don’t have visits.

When did ND lead for K Brown?
When did ND lead for Vallejo?
When did ND lead for Wilder?

I’m super curious where this comes from? Because K Brown was friends with Osborne when USC dropped him? USC did drop him for the record.

Before last week, Vallejo had never even stepped foot on ND campus. Because he’s friends with Hola?

Wilder is from a school in Cali that produces exactly ZERO ND recruits. He had obvious interest in ND but when did they lead?

I agree with your point, I do think ND was gaining a lot of traction with Vallejo, but the other two were never really favorites to go to ND.

I think the Vallejo stuff started after he scheduled two visits to ND in the same month. Obviously it turns out he didn't take the second one, but I remember a lot of people thinking that was a very positive sign for the recruitment.

I don't think ND has ever overtly led for any of the recruits you mentioned though. If we get Robinson, the Brown recruitment doesn't matter anyway.

Sorry to rain on the parade, but someone has to.

From Driskell

It's likely that Quinn won't visit ND next weekend. Texas & Clemson are working hard to keep him from visiting. In general, a lot of schools are pushing hard against ND. To the point where sizeable deals are being sent out, where in if they agree to accept it, they must not visit ND and have to commit on the spot. (Driskell referenced this about Khary Wilder last week). It's also likely that Quinn's family liked ND that he may have, but he does like ND and Freeman. Just shows how much his parents do.

This feels like an oddly Driskell spin. If I take out the ND of it all in this conspiracy:

schools are pushing hard to land commits, and are offering NIL to do so. Those schools tend to not want recruits to visit other schools, as that helps their chances.

You are correct. We've already heard of USC doing it.

My point was in theory that is a rather obvious thing for every school to do. The game is do you have the leverage and cards to dictate it.

The way you presented Driskell‘s message was that it is some ND-centric conspiracy.

As you said previously, it’s has some of that Driskell spin to it. None of those are my words, just relaying what he is reporting to his subscribers.

The main point to focus on is that Dre Quinn may not take his OV to ND.

Two Texas predictions went in this morning from their On3 reporters.

Also, as it hasn't been noted, but he is transferring to powerhouse Buford HS for his senior year.

According to ISD, he's cooled on ND because of the two guys already committed at EDGE.

Texas would make sense, as they have no current EDGE commits.

Hideous graphic.

All his stuff has always been terrible. I have no idea how he became such a name because his graphics are basically "what if we did the ugliest loudest thing imaginable" nearly every time.
