Fickel is done, crazy as he seemed like a sure thing to be a very solid HC. Their inability to get talent up there has been surprising.

Him going away from their identity as a running team to an air raid with Phil Longo was ultimately what sealed his fate. Until this year his defenses have at least been solid.
