You really think the majority of us haven’t seen 2 top high school teams play outside of the Midwest. You know there is thing called tv and they play the biggest high school football games on cable and even over this thing called the internet. Holy shit your a condescending douche and you don’t even realize it.
And now my day is ruined, thanks NDfanatic78

Judge for yourselves.

Not the greatest outing. One really bad interception, another where he just put it slightly over the head of his receiver. A few missed throws, but he was getting pressured quite a bit.

McEachern is a pretty solid team. They have four guys committed to P4 programs in the '26 class. Another dude, a '28 safety that is already pushing for five-star status.

You realize it was a totally different game back then. The best college players didn’t always even go pro. They made more money in almost any other industry. It was totally different.
So you are saying that a group of 22 year olds who never played with each other before got together for 2 weeks prior to the game, coached by a guy they had never seen before, and managed to defeat the defending NFL champions, a team that would go on to win 3 more NFL titles in the next 5 years, including the first 2 Super Bowls, were coached by Vince Lombardi, one of the greatest coaches in the history of the NFL, and had a roster that included Bart Starr, Willie Davis, Henry Jordan, Herb Adderly, Jim Ringo, and Willie Wood, who are all in the NFL Hall of Fame, that win was to be expected because it was a different game then? You seriously want to die on that hill? Oh, and a fellow you may have heard of, Paul Hornung, was on that team too, but was suspended for gambling that year. He won a Heisman at Notre Dame and went pro, but I guess he wasn't very good according to your logic since the best didn't go pro.

I'd be careful Punky, NDfanatic78 really knows his stuff. He may be the only person that lives in the Midwest that follows GA high School football over the Internet....so much so, he's dialed in. At this moment, I'd vote him as the smartest man in the room!

The way you worded this, I'm confident to call you a liar about living in the South. If you aren't lying, where does your state rank?

Would that be Letterman Stadium?

Not to rub salt in the wound, but back around '05-'06(?) ISU played (NAIA) St Francis IN. At that time St. Francis was typically playing for the NAIA NC. Score was like 42-10 St Francis.
ISU was/is pretty terrible I remember that next game TTU hung 50 on them in the 1st half....Awful

His Oline looks terrible. He was running for his life every other play. That 1st interception was a misread on Jarrard for sure.

Lol. My neighbor has a grandson that’s a Frosh this year on the ISU football team. 3 year DE varsity starter at Center Grove apparently with a couple of 6A rings…can’t be too bad over in Terre Haute these days.
Terrible football program.

What he did as a true freshman last year brings to mind one name and one name only: Quentin Nelson
Why is that? Quentin RS as a True Freshman and they played two totally different positions on the field, one is an undersized T at 6'4 290and the other was a massive G at 6'5 325-330.

First take was "Wow his OL sucks" then I was curious how stiff the competition was and sounds like they have some dudes on the opposing defense.

Actually think he has pretty good pocket presence and did a nice job scrambling early and finding lanes to avoid pressure as best he could.

Definitely hard to judge a guy who has less than 1.5 seconds to read a secondary.

Took a pretty big dive in the rankings.
Maybe not a dive, but alot of the rivals/on3 guys were saying he was on track to be the 2, possibly 1 ranked QB in this update before the season started.
