Ridiculous? Are you that blind to history? Iran 2025 has more similarities than differences with Nazi Germany, the most obvious being that both entities want/ wanted Jews exterminated.

Imagine seeing your best friend shot and killed next to you from a terrorist attacking from a hotel balcony. That's one such reality they've lived. It could be a school, a mosque, etc. You can't fire back, because if you do "Israelis fire at civilians!" It's happened consistently for years and years, and most times they don't fire back. When they do they try to do it when a building is mostly clear, say a strike against a school on a Sunday to eliminate a terrorist. My contacts admit that stuff happens, but they'll get attacked 15, 20 times or more before they fire back and they're far more careful about it than the terrorists are.

Iran and Israel are antagonists sure. It makes sense that Iran would be antagonistic to a US proxy (or more increasingly a country that dictates US foreign policy) that has nuclear weapons and given all the shit the US has done to Iran.

Some of it is propaganda, that's all I was saying. The attack on civilians at the food distribution center that was reported by CNN, BBC and others turned out to be Hamas propaganda. There's a lot of it going around, I haven't had time to look into the rest. Really anything coming out of the region has to be vetted.

The sense I've had is that Iran doesn't really want nukes (at least under Khomeini) but rather want to use the threat they could get one to get stuff/scare adversaries away.

It's now vome out that we dont k ow where Iran's enriched uranium is and have no way to eliminate all their centrifuges. We just thew a big rock at a Hornet's nest without a plan for what to do next.
