Orange bowl was probably 60-40 but difficult to say for sure because most Penn St fans wore white whereas ND fans wore a collection of blue, green, and even white (smh).Hasn't every off site playoff game ND played had a lot more fans from the other team? Sampson said it was 65-35 Georgia at the sugar bowl, and orange bowl looked about the same for psu.

Nobody is bedwetting. Just stating facts..our pep rally is about to start and its still a much stronger red presence in the fan experience..That’s because OSU is having their pep rally at 2PM
ND is at 3PM
Relax, bedwetters
I go from cocky to distraught every 10 minutesWell fellas, we are one sleep away… How are you guys feeling going into tomorrow night?
Confident or Concerned?
Atlanta's also a pretty reasonable drive from much of Ohio, where most Ohio State fans live. Eight hours from Columbus seems doable.- IU ticket was expensive as hell
- Sugar Bowl: UGA fans are closer and had longer to plan. Also heard several
Alums say they were holding out for Natty
- Orange Bowl: PSU had this game circled for over a month, ND fans had a week. Also like the above, heard people holding out for title game.
- Natty game: if there are more OsU fans, it’s bc we are such a big underdog. That’s why my family isn’t going - too big a gamble for the price.
Fado Irish PubAny Irish pub recommendations near the Westin peach tree for today???

I’m a LSU fan and I’m nervous. 😅 I just hope they come out loose, but focused and confident. I want them to play freely where they aren’t devastated about making a mistake. When a mistake happens, and they will, forget it and make up for it on the next play. If Notre Dame does than and plays fast, hard and physical, they’ll win.Well fellas, we are one sleep away… How are you guys feeling going into tomorrow night?

Agreed. Ohio State needs to know that Notre Dame, for lack of a better term, is about to really muck this game up. They need to know and understand that if they (Ohio State) win, they’ll likely be celebrating it, collectively, in Atlanta’s ER.I had nerves before UGA because that game was needed for so many reasons… 30 year major bowl draught, national respect, etc. I had nerves before PSU as all the PSU people I know absolutely suck.
I don’t have nerves for this, though the game is heavily on my mind. ND has earned the respect of the country regardless of the result tomorrow and is more “relevant” now than any other time in my life.
I very much feel that ND will find a way to win tomorrow. OSU is more talented, but they don’t react well to getting punched in the month. I’m confident ND will punch them in the mouth over and and over again tomorrow. Irish by a million.
As I said to a couple of my long-ago ND roommates the other night, there is nothing that can happen Monday that will be worse than so many other things we've seen. There is something that can happen Monday that will be better than anything we've seen (at least since we were 10).This isn't "aw shucks just happy to be here" at all, but I'm at peace with the season now win or lose. For personal reasons, I deeply hate UGA, and loathe their fanbase. Winning the SEC champion UGA Bulldogs in the Sugar Bowl in SEC territory, made the year for me. Being on the winning end of one of those instant classic type huge games beating smug ass James Franklin and PSU in the Orange Bowl was the absolute cherry on top.
I want to win, I certainly think we can win (I sorta just think this team has that dawg in them so I loosely expect a win, just a team of destiny type feel with ND this year), but there's no shame in losing to this OSU squad, and we've clearly established ourselves in that upper echelon of teams in CFB now with our postseason performance. I would be sad and upset if we lose, but in the long run, this season has been excellent. Never thought I'd be saying that after NIU, but here we are.

Now, obviously I’m not advocating for cheap shots, but if I’m Freeman, I’d almost let the referees know pre-game that ND intends to and will subject OSU to the most physical game they’ve ever seen and experienced all season and it’ll be coming all night … basically, we’re f’ing bringing it.

We're basically playing with house money at this point, and we really can't lose. But we have a real shot to win the whole thing, and those don't come around very often, so let's go do it.
Nah — he’d advocate for the cheap shots 😉^ Might be Ed Orgeron.
We know what you really mean.Nah — he’d advocate for the cheap shots 😉
Hopefully the OSU players will totally buy into the media hype, that will only work in ND’s favor.I’ve been pretty surprised by the national media coverage of the game. Most expecting a blowout. I think there is a desire to be very “right” about something and everyone is piling on a bit much. This OSU team is not power rated anywhere close to a Burrow LSU, Lawrence Clemson, or Dynasty UGA team. ND is power rated literally right behind OSU in many places, has the longer winning streak and has been a covering machine. I get the injuries. I also think the schematic talk has been way overblown. Another sign people want to sound very “right” about everything. OSU torched a bad Tennessee (at home) and Oregon defense (poor against PSU and Boise as well) and really hasn’t done that to anyone else with a pulse on defense. It’s closer to the exception than the rule that OSU has this machine offense. Oregon also got torched playing zone, not man. I don’t know I expect a ND win, but I certainly think they can win just as much as I thought they could beat UGA or PSU.
