I have seen a lot of "there is no reason why UNC shouldn't be good" stuff as of late. I fail to see it. They're a basketball school with next to no sustained football tradition and or success. They've had some good players go into The League. Their two most successful coaches of the modern era are the same individual over two different tenures.

UNC. UCLA. Indiana. Kentucky. Duke. All the same thing.

There's a distinct possibility that watching this North Carolina football team that 80-90% of the squad will not be on this team next fall. They are atrociously bad on defense

I have a hard time watching non playoff bowl games for hopes of seeing a team that remotely presents the quality that existed during the season. That is with the exception of the service academies. I just don’t think you’re getting a true sense of this year’s team or even next year’s team considering the impact of transfers.

Bowl season has become garbage tv that i watch to fill time more than expectations.

I have a hard time watching non playoff bowl games for hopes of seeing a team that remotely presents the quality that existed during the season. That is with the exception of the service academies. I just don’t think you’re getting a true sense of this year’s team or even next year’s team considering the impact of transfers.

Bowl season has become garbage tv that i watch to fill time more than expectations.

It was this way for years, and that was pre Covid/NIL/Portal.

I thought Vanderbilt and GT was pretty entertaining. It got really chippy at the end of the 3rd quarter. Toledo and Pitt was nuts. Fannin put on a great individual performance for BGSU. Kyle McCord did as well for Syracuse. Apart from that it's just been tough to really pay a great deal of attention.

I really want to see Miami, Bama and Scar all lose. It'll be funny in the end. (Bama plays Michigan, so that's a bit of a toss up)
