I watched a guy eat a box of Christmas tree cakes and slam a 6 pack in less than 60 minutes. He was wearing a number 69 IU jersey with the name “Ass to Mouth” across the back. Hope he’s doing ok today.

Couldn’t believe SeekNHelp had a “cum dumpster” tramp stamp. Never know who you’re talking to.

The bathroom lines were so long everyone was pissing in the sinks haha

I went with about 35 minutes on the pregame clock, I ran upstairs to avoid the lines downstairs wrapping around…still bad.

Snuck in the exit and after grabbing a paper towel to look natural, slid right in to line and was back in my seat before pregame festivities

Men’s room lines in particular. Much like USC game last year. I have decided that the length of the line for the men’s rooms, relative to women’s rooms, is a good barometer of whether we are about to rip the other team’s heads off.

You didn’t kiss him did you? One can only hope that it’s not his ass and mouth that he is referencing.

My interactions with IU fans before and during the game were great. Everyone seemed rowdy in a good way, maybe fueled by a few beers, but nothing crossed any lines. Notre Dame fans were just as amped so it all mixed together to create an amazing atmosphere.

10 out of 10 experience.
Yep. Once it got dark and the booze set in, IU fans were kinda loud with their Hoosiers chants outside, but basically harmless. And there was a solid presence of red in the stadium. But they shut up right quick once the game started. You wouldn't even know they were there.

Has he taken Spanish 3? Sounds like a DT to me.

The loudest, and possibly the dumbest, IU fan was seated about four rows behind me in our section. He kept trying to stir things up with ND fans, but no one took the bait. It was more sad than anything. Even the two IU fans sitting in front of me, who were good sports, looked visibly annoyed by him. I didn’t care all that much, but he was foul-mouthed, and I had my 7-year-old son with me. I’m no saint, so it wasn’t the end of the world, but it was just awkward because he would start screaming nonsense whenever the stadium got quiet. ND fans around us were both annoyed and secondhand embarrassed for him.

Outside the stadium, I ran into a group of IU fans asking Notre Dame fans where they could find Touchdown Jesus so they could plant an IU flag on it. One ND fan calmly pointed out that it was really high up and not exactly easy to reach. The IU fans just stared at him - he was so polite about it that they didn’t even know how to respond.

IU's fans showed up overly confident, much like their coach, under the delusion that ND Stadium would be as quiet as Sunday Mass and that the team was just a bunch of pussies with golden helmets strapped on their heads. That confidence lasted all of five minutes. Their fans were visibly blown away by the atmosphere, and their team was doomed the moment ND ran out of the tunnel. I watched IU's sidelines as ND took the field - they just stared, kind of frozen. Their body language was shit. Did anyone else at the game notice that?
Me and a couple of former teammates couldn't help but laugh at the priceless looks on the IU fans faces when Jeremiyah went off counter 98 yards to the house. One of my guys towered thru wearing a throwback Tim Brown jersey with his hands raised signaling a TD halfway thru the run and all the IU fans could do was sit their stonefaced. It was classic😂😂

IU fans seemed fine to me, better than Michigan fans who are always terrible. Whoever said the tailgaters didn't actually go to the game was right, Brothers and other bars were just IU fans when we were walking in. The mouthiest IU fans were the ones I worked with. Luckily I have a new Notre Dame hat from my wife I can wear when we are back at work.

Replay is on at 10 on ESPNU as a heads up.

Excited to finally see how different the broadcast was on ABC vs. NBC since I was at the game. Heard it was very well done
