This a version someone posted. Not sure who this guys at all. They aren’t Terrible other than we would look like Colorado. And ND should never look like Colorado.

I understand the arguments over the past several hundred or so posts, but that combo looks cool as hell to me. Hope if it’s similar to this that it has a little more blue or green so it’s not as far of a stretch from the traditional ND colors, but man if that doesn’t look sweet IMO.

I'm still in denial, mostly because i would be surprised if Freeman hadn't seen something that's a drastic change. Green accents seem more likely. But maybe those two guys have good sources in the program and are bag fumblers who can't turn that into a large social media following.

This fuckin sucks man. The culture and traditions of a CFB program are so important to its overall health and this is the kind of ersatz shit you have to do when you don't have culture and traditions that anyone cares about. It's low rent, and antithetical to what makes Notre Dame different.

Anybody who actually likes this is, respectfully, a moron that eats their dinner off a toilet seat. And if you just "don't care" please spare us the perspective posts about the kids liking it or whatever. Obviously people care, obviously the kids liking it didn't stop Alabama or USC or Michigan or Penn State from pursuing a different path. We are getting outclassed here by PENN STATE. Sit with that a moment.

It's not going to kill the program but it chips away at it, and it sucks.

I still lean toward the black uniforms being a red herring. The game kicks off in 53 hours. Why would they be coy about showing them?

I think they're coming out in green but that would have been too obvious otherwise.

Green and Gold should really be our colors. They both pop and are unique, especially our helmets. The blue is fine, but if we are going to do alternates, IMO it should always feature green.
