Everyone knows ND stadium doesn't get very loud so they've socially engineered an outrageeous uniform to drive people mad enough to scream all game in an effort to capture a home game advantage.

This seems like the most plausible answer.

- Jayden Thomas' cleats are either black or dark navy
- Some dudes report we're wearing black jerseys for the clicks (easy walk-back if they're dark navy)
- ND puts out gold rally towels with navy (not black) on them
- Twitter trolls already walking back to "might just be dark navy, not black"

That all adds up to a darker navy alternate. Which I'm cool with. I do think our home blues feel a little light sometimes.

If it's a distraction to the team, we aren't worthy of playing in the playoffs. And, the only distraction I worry about is the team. It's actually an entertaining distraction for us because it gives us something different to talk about. At this point, we've already broken down the match-up, talked about the weather and tickets, etc. into we were blue in the face.
