No more waiting. Fire everyone. It isn’t being dramatic, it is being practical.

It is completely unacceptable to finish an NFL game with 100 fucking yards and 3 points against the leagues 24th ranked defense.

If eberflus is the coach tomorrow morning then this is not an organization serious about the future

The most frustrating part is any coaching change is simply re-arranging deck chairs on the Titanic.

Nothing will ever truly change until the McCaskey tumor is successfully removed.

It ain’t Williams their OL is atrocious giving up 9 sacks to a team who had 16 on the year and is the 4th worst team for sacks is horrible. They need to use 2 of their first 3 picks on an OG and OT and then go sign a stud tackle

It will be Williams after this cluster affects his brain. He’s missing throws, has happy feet, and clearly is getting the yips from having two guys in his facemask right after every snap.

Some guys can get over it, some can’t. Hopefully he isn’t figuratively or literally broken by the end of year one.

Yeah, the OL has regressed so horribly these past few weeks.

But more so than that, this team just looks broken. I really think the team has given up on Eberflus. You didn't just lose to the supposed worst team in the league, you got BLOWN OUT, AT HOME!

You can't wait at this point. Poles needs to fire Eberflus and if he won't do it, then Kevin Warren has to fire both of them. This is beyond unacceptable.

I have DJ Moore in my fantasy. Is there any reason why I am holding on to him or should I seek a trade partner?

Hate to break it to you but your only trade partner is the waiver wire.

Watching Sewell last night grade the road was fun. Imagine if the Bears drafted two first round OL instead of trading up for Fields.

Caleb is who he is. These QBs think they're Mahomes but they don't have what he has. With Williams and soon Cam Ward, we will see what QBs who try to make highlight reels with every play look like when Andy Reid isn't their coach.

Trying to fight recency bias here. That said, this offensive staff is probably one of the better ones we have seen (on paper at least). Waldron brought Kerry Joseph as QB coach and Thomas Brown as passing game coordinator both of whom seem to be highly regarded throughout the league. Thomas Brown was even interviewed for OC positions.

So to me, I find it really hard to imagine that you are going to not only build an offensive staff like that but also have guys who want to go to Chicago with the assumption that they are running it back with JF1. They know they have the opportunity to add "coached Caleb Williams" on their coaching resumes.

Like most on this board, I am not sold on CW, but I'm at a point where I'd be surprised if they don't draft CW at #1.

How many OC’s is that now in the past fifteen years? Got to be up there with the qb number.

Two things can be garbage at the same time.

And they promoted the guy that literally broke Bryce Young last year.

At this point, they should have at least done something funny like fire the DC, keep everyone else, and never provide an explanation.

It still makes zero sense to keep Flus when he is inevitably done after this season. Why let him hurt the development of CW further.

George is a huge blame here as well. Look at this team since 2011. Garbage
Look at every team whose owners over reach and look at how bad they are. Insert McCaskeys - Browns, raiders, cowboys, panthers, jets, redskins until this year

I think multiple factors played into "literally" breaking Bryce Young. Carolina isn't exactly the brightest franchise in the crayon box either. They thrust that kid into a very bad situation when they probably didn't have to. Their front office blew a ton of draft capital.

To your point, yes, this sucks. There was an opportunity to land Jim Harbaugh, Ben Johnson, etc. They took a pass. Now here we are, yet again.

F Harbaugh. F Michigan.

Ditka should have just beat his pansy ass when he was the back-up QB in '87

Thankfully
44-19-1 with SF, including an NFC Championship and three straight appearances in the NFC Championship Game. He's 6-3 with LAC right now and meanwhile, another talented QB is on the way to hitting the iceberg that is this franchise as they fire their OC two weeks before Thanksgiving.

I'd take Joe Alt over Caleb Williams at this point. I hate Harbaugh as much as the next guy but don't doubt he would have the Bears on a better trajectory right now.

Well, fortunately, they will likely still drunkenly stumble into Ben Johnson, since he isn't content with just taking any HC job. Same way they drunkenly stumbled into back to back top picks.

He reportedly coveted the Bears job after last season.

Perhaps this is not the case now or maybe it is just a rumor, but this is absolutely something for the front office to pursue regardless.
