Also the judge overseeing it is continuing but he now has to determine how much of the evidence in record is affected by the immunity ruling. So they already delayed it significantly in this respect just with the immunity ruling and whatever he rule will certainly end back up at the SCOTUS again.

95% of the evidence occurred while he not the president but a candidate and involved private actions taken by himself and private money. Bragg did bring in testimony by hope Hicks and Trumps White House secretary as well as he signed personal checks to payback Cohen, and held a party at the WH for Pecker to thank him for his work after he came president. We will see just how much of this could be considered an official act and how the judge determines how it affects the guilty verdict.
