Wasn't it concluded that Pence and Biden are leagues away from what Trump did? Even so, you wouldn't see people's brains melt if they got investigated the same way Donny has. Maybe Turley and Judge Janine can defend Donny at the trial lmao.

Its not easy if you have an appeals court loaded with partisan activist judges. Why should the law be applied based on the person? This is why we hate the activists on the court. This is where text and precedent matters. The concept of immunity is not a week old. This will probably help Biden as his tight network and web of lies and cover-ups are unraveling before us now.
Isn't this exactly what Trump did and what was one of his biggest successes? Wasn't it celebrated that he was able to get so many nominations through?

Of course, it would be better for him if he had immigration reform, replaced Obamacare, built the wall, or if infrastructure week actually happened but hey, even the worst modern president has to give his base something.

Biden?

Just a pretty big difference between finding something you had in your possession and turning over Biden/Pence vs being asked refusing and then hiding evidence and doing everything you can not to turn them in like Trump.

All of this is besides the point anyways because neither should have immunity over it.

They didn't need to entertain anything about the election interference. This decision already covers it. Ensuring the sanctity of our elections certainly falls under the official duties of the president.

They didn't make any attempts to define what is official vs unofficial.

1-

2-3 buckets. Its in the decision.

3- Biden’s Hur problem is bad enough that they covered up the audio.

His first appeals path may as well be the student court at Berkley.

1 That doesn't disagree with what I said.

2 And provided no framework for deciding what is or isn't official.

3 They hid it because I'm sure he comes off like a dementia patient. That doesn't have anything to do with the legality of what he did. And for the fourth time IDC! Charge him. My whole point is that he shouldn't have immunity if what he did is illegal. Same with Trump.

I mean Biden was showing documents to his biographer, no?

I get that stuff happens, stuff probably gets taken that shouldn't have. But he had plenty across several locations yes? Throw in that his DOJ was going after his predecessor for this sorta thing and he couldn't exactly not cooperate

What happened to your “if you committed a crime you should go to jail” schtick?

Anyone that handles classified docs will tell you if you even took a wrong turn with any document you are toast. What’s the difference between Biden and myself (who also handles classified documents) in regard to law? Maybe I should just designate an area in my garage for work documents.

His successor Pence was cleared, no? If it was truly some partisan hit job wouldn’t they charge Pence?

Never changed? If Biden or Pence committed a crime they should be charged. They weren’t, so I’m not going to start shrieking that Pence is a criminal.

Prior to Trump & Biden, didn’t POTUS commonly get nothing more than a scolding to return classified docs that they had in their possession knowing it was likely an oversight by an intern or admin asst upon moving out of the WH? It seems pretty evident that from the Trump administration going forward, everything is on the table to be politicized or exaggerated into a national security scare & ultimate prosecution. Now it’s happened to Biden & it will continue with whichever geriatric mush brain wins this election.

I thought Biden committed the same felony as Trump RE: docs but Trump added a 2nd felony when he obstructed justice?

That wasn’t my question. What’s the difference between myself and Joe Biden… or even Pence? I’m not asking the difference between Trump and Biden.

Also… storing classified documents in your garage and then showing them to people not cleared to view classified documents is a crime. But my question still stands that you haven’t answered… If I did what Biden did I would be fired, charged and sitting in a federal prison right now. What is the difference between me doing it and Joe Biden?

You people asking what the difference is between Trump and and then pence and Biden. Here is what neither Pence nor Biden were found to have done:

Negotiate with NARA knowing they have the documents and then take multiple overt acts to keep the documents.

Trump knew he had the documents. He showed people the documents and bragged about it.

He told his own lawyer Evan Cochran to lie to the FBI they didn’t have any as well and then if he had to give them some give them a couple and not the rest. Cochran took copious notes on these meetings. After Trump realized Cochran was going to return all of them he scheduled a time for Cochran to come and take them then instructed his body man to move the boxes to another location than the one Cochran was supposed to investigate thereby hiding them from the man negotiating with the FBi on their return. Trump then had another lawyer sign an affidavit they gave all the documents back which was a know lie.

When it became known that the Mar a Lago video surveillance captured His body man moving the boxes on multiple occasions to hide them from visiting officials Trump ordered his body man to get the surveillance tapes and destroy them. When that employee refused to turn it over. Trumps body man and another accomplice attempted to flood the video surveillance room with water and destroy the servers.

All of this is in the charging document.

They gave him and Pence and Biden the benefit of the doubt and asked for them to return any docs. Pence and Biden both cooperated and returned the docs they had. Trump did not. He made several overt acts to conceal the documents from the government and his own lawyers then tried to destroy evidence of these activities.

The only way out of this open and shut case is now in play because of Thomas’ poison pill interjection that the Special Counsel is unconstitutional in the immunity ruling which Judge Cannon has already taken on as path forward.

Doesn’t matter. If you or I are on any of these situations we are sitting in federal prison.

The dead horse your beating is dead. Presidents are immune to things you and I are not per the SCOTUs.
No shit, finally someone said it. And it didn’t start last week. “Anyone that commits a crime… blah blah blah…” that’s the dead horse in the room.

That wasn’t the case before last week. It never was. In fact all of the right wing justices claimed no man was above the law in the confirmation hearings. All of them. The. They ruled exact opposite this week. But these liars also claimed precedent was precedent and they weren’t going to go against it yet hear we are.

Trump was being held to account and need his bought and paid for SCOTUs to protect him.

The dead horse you are beating is your inability to accept that Trump made multiple criminal obstruction acts to keep the documents he stole. Therefore he literally STOLE them. Hence the Espionage Act charges.

Making the “Everyman” argument because Trump got charged and Biden/Pence did is not the argument you think it is. It would work if it was some random campaign staffer not a VP or president lmao.

Ok if it’s political then why are both Pence and Biden both not charged?

Except it was. Hence certain people not being charged with mishandling of classified documents before last week.

My inability to accept anything is anyone having classified documents at their home. If that’s not a crime what is Trump obstructing?

Use Bidens ghostwriter then. There are many people in far less positions that have been imprisoned for mishandling classified documents.

Mishandling of classified documents is a CRIME!! The obvious answer and one you cannot answer is their position. If you want to cry about Obstruction… what are you obstructing if it’s not a crime?

Buddy, I'm not the one crying here. Look at your posts. Charge him if there is a crime, holy fuck it's not that hard...if there is a crime charge him.

If you actually have access to classified material aren't you kind of the poster child for what republicans hate? an activist with access to classified material? Or?

Sandy Berger went to the national archives, stuffed a bunch of documents down his pants and took off. That's the common man version of this.

He got a fine.
