That's Liberty and it seems to be working for them. Can’t wait to see the creation of a bunch of private equity funded for profit universities formed so they can try to cash in on all this….should be a hoot.
SMU too. It just got them into the ACC.That's Liberty and it seems to be working for them.
Isn't Grand Canyon the same thing for basketball? That's Liberty and it seems to be working for them.

Ah yes. Another opportunity to procure additional revenue by creating more commercial time.
We are probably a year or two away from them shortening halftime to 15 minutes and eliminating road team band performances.Yep. They're not going to stop until it's as soulless as the NFL.

I would be very okay with that. Or at the very least, starting the halftime clock immediately when the half ends.We are probably a year or two away from them shortening halftime to 15 minutes and eliminating road team band performances.
It's not very often. The last one I remember coming to ND was UCLA, but there's probably been some since.I would be very okay with that. Or at the very least, starting the halftime clock immediately when the half ends.
As for road team band performances, I don't believe I've ever been to a game where the road band performed at halftime. I could be forgetting some though. I know South Dakota State used to bring their band to Fargo when they played North Dakota State, but I think they just played in their seats.
I think it is usually for big games against hostorically good bands...like Tennessee St this year. It's not very often. The last one I remember coming to ND was UCLA, but there's probably been some since.
