LDS or not, Notre Dame has done pretty pretty well with Hawaiian Polynesians over the years, for a school in Northern Indiana. Yeah, take the guys you want. The rest will sort itself out.

Exactly. Don't overthink it. You want them, they want you, sign and enroll. The Vanderdoes and Hillman situations are exceptions not the rule.

Was not paying attention and thought people were just talking about his big bro coming back. Congrats to him.

I don't think he'll finish as a three-star. His film is borderline four-star right now, and should fill out a bit more over the course of the calendar year. Size matters when it comes to projections, which most of the recruiting services focus on when it comes to grading.

He does have offers from Washington, Oregon, Texas and USC... the lad ain't no scrub.

The Hawaii production hit rate at ND is off the charts, this will be another one. Let’s go!

This kid seems like a playmaker for sure. Pretty excited about him committing. Does anyone know if he'll take the 2 year mission? I would assume yes but didn't see it anywhere.

He has yet to decide if he will.

EDIT: He will play his freshman year and determine if he will take his mission afterwards. Same as big bro. Per Singer.

I'm guessing at least a small part of the decision making process regarding the mission was that he seemed to REALLY WANT to play with his brother at ND.

If he did his mission, he would lose out of two years with his brother.
