Yep. They've had trouble replacing Trevor Lawrence and some of those WRs but Dabo has built a pretty impressive culture at Clemson. I think Bama will go with someone flashier, but they could do a lot worse.

Curious why they would be so fast to take Lanning over Norvell. Norvell has done a tremendous job at FSU but also just saw firsthand the limits of FSU's situation. He also has at least a little more experience.

Norvell is not a very good recruiter and last year was an outlier, IMO. Lots of portal kids and a very, very weak ACC.

Not sure he'd win more than 8 games in the SEC West.

That's awful news if that's the case. Saban absolutely reveres his wife. I can understand him stepping aside if those are indeed the circumstances. Prayers that this is not what has happened.
