Bro, my wife makes breakfast lumpia (fried spring rolls),… even the other Filipinos in town are mind blown by the concept and these things are to die for. She puts egg, cheese, green chile, potato, bacon, and chorizo in a lumpia wrapper and fries them up,… we hit them with Tabasco as we usually use Tabasco for absolutely nothing but bacon and eggs. So good
