I think he had his 15 minutes and now that's over with. He's fine where he is. Should stay at Iowa State as long as they'll have him, and they should probably consider not parting with him for a bit longer.

Why would Iowa State fire arguably their greatest coach of the modern era? He's taken the Cyclones to 6 bowl games out of 8 seasons there. Just to remind everyone, they've only been to 17 ever. Campbell isn't some legendary coach, but he's exceeding Iowa State's expectations
