Starting to wonder if it's more playing on turf vs the UA cleats. Just a hunch that in time, it'll prove out that practicing/playing on turf is strongly correlated with lower body injuries.

There’s no question. EVERY time we hear how poor an opponent’s defense is, they rise up and shut ND down w/ movement & confusion. The OC does them no favors so maybe he’ll pull a Costanza and do the opposite of whatever he normally would call.

To this point. USC just isn’t all that good. A good football team, at Home, should beat these turd burglars.

FWIW, FEI rankings still has ND ahead of USC. ND is 12th and USC 15th. USC’s offense is 7th but their defense actually has a -.13 rating which ranks them 86th nationally.

Similar, though worse, to Louisville this is a trash can defense that any serious program should score points on.
