Here is the leaderboard.

Big movers this past week were @Huntr, who picked up his third win for a share of the lead, @1rishftw, who picked up a win in two consecutive weeks, and @FollowTheFreeman, who's won 2/3, to gain ground on the leaders. There are currently 17 tied for 2nd at 2 points.

34-21. ND jumps out to a lead 21-7 halftime lead. Louisville makes it a bit dicey for a moment in the third cutting the lead to 24-21, before Sam answers with a 75 yard 7 minute TD drive. Plummer INT deep in their own territory leads to a Shrader FG to ice the game.

ND survived a scare against Duke last weekend, no question about that. But I'm of the opinion that was less an "OSU hangover" and more so the fact that we beat a quality, well-coached opponent, on the road, in prime-time. It was Durham's super bowl, and we withstood the challenge.

There is no reason to be scared of Louisville. This team is hungry, motivated, and there will not be a USC lookahead. I'm almost thankful this is a night game, because the atmosphere under the lights against yet another top 25 team will demand the Irish's attention.

Duke was tried and tested. Louisville's SOS is an utter joke to date, ranked 108th compared to ND at 10. We are also healing up at WR, which should be a huge help to keep the defense honest.

Withstand the crowd early, which is nothing we're not used to, and grind them down. ND takes control in the second half.

This us such a perfect resume padder. Louisville is not a good football team. 39-34 over GT, 21-14 over Indiana, and 13-10 over NC State. Those ugly wins to other irrelevant teams is our benefit on Saturday. Another top 25 road win looks good on the resume.

ND rolls up these posers. 38-21.

Other than Murray state which they shut out and NC State they have given up over 250 passing yards. So this tells me if they try to load the box same and some of the WR/TE/RB’s are gonna have some big numbers.

38-17 our defense is going to play good and they just don’t have the pop to stay with us. They can’t load the box this week or they will get blasted in the air. I see a good day for the offense. No where’s near the attention as the last two weeks. The tea feels disrespected and comes out firing.

I might be setting myself up for false results lol

With a full stable of WR's available, I see a little more explosiveness in the Irish passing attack. I'm feeling a close game thru the mid-3rd qtr, then Louisville becomes a little gassed with less depth and the Irish win by 9-12 pts.

Plenty of national pundits feel this will be close or UL wins outright because of "emotional drainage" of back to back close games in prime time. Both Josh Pate and Danny Kanell have picked UL outright, that I'm aware of. Please.

My thought is that since we've played two consecutive games down to the wire, the boys will be ready to let out some pent-up emotion. This game doesn't have to be close. We are much healthier than we were one week ago when we beat a much more talented Duke team.

The teams UL have played have been pedestrian. We are much more battle tested, and match up well defensively against their offense. Plummer hasn't seen a secondary this strong all year.

31-17 ND. Louisville adds a late TD to make the game look closer than it really is. ND outgains UL by 200+.

Louisville's defense is way better than people assume, IMO. And nice that they get the semi-Bye having 10 days off. I think our team is a playoff team and if they are it's about time they make a statement, so I have them winning big. But Louisville does have the ingredients to make this interesting.

Offensively, I think having Thomas and Greathouse back is huge. I’m expecting a solid, bounce back performance for the offense. I’m excited to see what the OL can do.

Defensively, they have some decent weapons that Notre Dame needs to account for. But I struggle to see where a consistent offense comes from for UL. Notre Dame’s pressure up front could lead to some Plummer mistakes.

Notre Dame: 37
Louisville: 20

They played Friday night, so 8 days

Notre Dame should win comfortably on paper, but there are so many variables that make me wonder how it’ll play out.

I think ND wins by 3. It’ll probably be frustrating, even though they’re a better team in basically every category.

It would be cool to be right once. Irish big, stress low, liver intact. Hopefully the Duke officiating crew doesn't show up for this one.

My worry is Jerry wants to hold so much back for Fuck USC that it gets closer than it should.

We should whip these assholes.

Here's to me being wrong and we win by 20 and not 5

Last week was the week to catch ND on a downer. This week Irish start fast and win big, 40-17.

Missed my vote last week, I’m feeling a bigger win today. But, 38-17 ND feels good on the road. I think we finally get a defensive score, and a couple turnovers overall. RB’s get back to running, GO IRISH!!!

I hope they do show up, they probably got in so much trouble for the game they should be biased towards us to not lose their jobs.

I’ll be sincerely bummed if this offense struggled against a defense that has an opponent adjusted DFEI rating of .16 making them good for 59th in the country. Unadjusted for opponent, 45th.

I don’t know what could be really done in-season but it feels like something would need to happen. If we’re not putting up a good performance against a defense of this quality.
