Get ready for a lot of copycats. Coach cameos and coach heat are going to be a thing now. Lanning, Day already paving the path. Deion is Deion. Lanning seemed like a guy that was pissed about the attention CU was getting and Oregon was not. Dude got boat raced by UGA last year. Ryan Day looked like a guy who blew it and was given a lifeline to win a game he didn't expect he was going to after some bad play calling. Be that as it may, they got results and they proceeded to talk after the game (as well as before and during in Lanning's case).

The fallout to Deion is going to be all the white dad bod coaches going all bro out trying to look cool. Kiffin trolled Saban all week and scored 10 points.

There is going to be a lot more of this coming from just about every conceivable angle of the college football world and most of it is going to be bad. This would personally not be my approach because I think less is more. Handle your business and go on. We're going to see a lot of heat, a lot of cameos, a lot of comedy now. Armstrong lost that game for NC State. What a terrible game. The targeting call against the Wolfpack safety was also unfortunate. Kid makes a play in space and gets ejected. It was so far from malicious. The rule has damaged the game and seems to be spiraling out of control.
